This location in London on Fanshawe Pk Rd West next to Long & McQuaid had the standard fresh food available, but the wait time was unbelievably ridiculous. It was close to 1 p.m. and the store had 1 person working, alone, and responsible for everything. Order taking, including online orders (there were several while I was there). Food prep. Food refills. Cashing out. Gift cards. Everything. Ridiculous. Unfair to the employee, and frustrating for customers. I decided to wait to see just how long it was going to take so I grabbed a chair from one of the tables and literally sat in line. About 35 minutes later I finally placed my order. Much, much too long to waitn

She was super friendly and fun to talk to, which made my quick stop way better. I’ll definitely be coming back! 😀

We waited outside when the delivery person said they were close only to have them not show up but still said it was delivered then when I walked around my complex I found our bag of subs crushed by a shoe. Tried to contact the store to either get a refund or new sandwichs made but they will not respond
