  Wet there tonight. Walked in at 6:43, left at 7:12. Absolutely unbelievably bad service. The girl leaned over subs to grab toppings, and her dirty shirt touched the sub. Nasty. They were so unorganized. The one girl working was doing her best, one was hiding behind the wall. The other opted to mop the floor. By the time we left, the line up was at the door. They need more workers, or a better system. There was a girl there that ordered on line, and still had to wait over 40 mins for 2 subs. Im done. I won't be back. I know im only 1 person, but there was a lot of angry people in there tonight. Place has gone to crap.

  Ordered a tuna sub.. the scoop that was used came from under the counter and had dried tuna all over it... seems a bit against health regulations...

  Just purchased a 6 inch Tuna - the tuna was basically non existent - two Mellon baller sized scoops and could barely taste it over bread. A complete rip off costing $8.46. I don’t know if every location is this bad but I will not return here.

  How rude it is when you have crispy onion available at front counter and it says OUT OF STOCK online. Additionally, when we mentioned that can you please add crispy onion on our sub as it shows out of stock online, staff told us that they can not put more crispy onion as they need to run that crispy onion for whole night. I am paying for full sub here, and It is not my problem that you are running out of crispy onion!!!!!….will not visit again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

  I visited this Subway location recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. The store appeared very dirty—counters had food buildup, floors were sticky, and the dining area hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a long lineup that stretched out the door, and even with several staff members working, service moved extremely slowly, taking over 20 minutes for a simple sandwich order during what seemed like a normal time of day. The staff seemed to struggle with English communication, which led to some confusion with my order and visible frustration when I tried to clarify. It made the interaction stressful and harder than it needed to be. Food was okay but nothing special, and the hygiene + wait + service issues made me unlikely to return. Hope they can improve these basics.
