- JSJ SSep 26, 20251.0First off, the seemingly middle eastern guy who served me VERY clearly hates his job and should probably quit. He didn't ask me if I wanted any toppings on my hot dog, he had a super sour look on his face, and was just overall super unpleasant. I used to run a food truck. I know when fried have been deep fried numerous times. These fries served to me weren't blanched, they had bad deep fried minimum 4 times. Probably 5 or 6. The cores were dense pucks instead of cloudy fries and they were VERY dark and crispy. Like I said, I've worked ran a food truck. I wouldn't have served those fries to anyone.
