  Went to Montana's for dinner with the family and although there was a mixup with our order and so the wait was long, the manager Kenny and our lovely server Jessica went out of their way quickly to fix it and make sure the food was done well. We were very impressed with the outstanding service and we will definitely go back. It was the best service we had anywhere and that is why am writing a review and this happens to be my first review of any restaurant, but after how well we were treated this is the least I can do. It’s hard to find managers who truly care about people's dining experiences and the staff at this location went above and beyond that night to make my son' s birthday memorable. The food in the end was delicious and the staff and management were so friendly and welcoming.

  It started out pretty rough when you have shellfish allergy and they bring out onion rings on the plate and I said no cross contamination i’ve had nothing to do with the waitress Jessica. It was the staff that wasn’t paying attention. They were extremely busy. We waited 42 minutes before we got a table, which was fine. The girls, the hostess the bar people were great, and the manager stepped in and helped out Jessica because there were so many issues they made it right. Food was good. Jessica was awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better server.. Just we know how much you love your job. You’re a very good waitress. You’re good at what you do thank you.

  If I was rating strictly the service we got from our waitress it would be 5 stars with our a doubt. Jessica our waitress was amazing , she was super friendly and I enjoyed conversing with her. Our food took FOREVER , to the point we didn't even have time to sit and eat it by the time it came as we had other plans to attend to. Jessica made sure she advocated for us before we could even make a complaint about it. She made it feel like we were regulars there and that was really nice ! Thanks for the great service Jessica!

  Me and my family had a horrible experience. We ordered delivery on my daughter’s birthday and ordered huge meal but they were missing a whole meal. When we called to try to get our meal back customer service was extremely rude and hung up on us multiple times. We finally talked to the manger and he said that he can’t refund us or support us in any kind of way.He also said he can’t help it because he had a 45 minute wait and was super busy. Does that intend that one order is more important than another. Horrible attitude and customer service.

  Went here tonight and told the hostess that I'm picking up an online order I placed. The hostess did not offer any greeting and told me immediately to go to the back corner of the restaurant for pickup. I went there and it was a little pass through between the kitchen and the dining area. I stood there for a few minutes without being acknowledged, and finally I flagged a server to say I was there to pickup, to which I was told that "somebody will be right with you" as she grabbed some kraft paper and walked away. I stood there for another 7 or so minutes as multiple servers walked by me with trays of food without acknowledging me. Then the hostess who initially directed me to that section walked by and condescendingly asked if I rang the bell, then pointed to the little doorbell on an interior wall under a sign that said ring the doorbell for Uber and Skip pickups. I wasn't a food courier, but okay, I rang the bell. A few more minutes pass and still no one comes out. Finally a server asked me for my (Uber or Skip) code and I told them I placed an order online. She said, oh you have to go to the bartender on the opposite side of the room, that's where online orders are meant to be picked up. By this time I had been waiting for around 15 minutes while my food was sitting on the counter and I walked out the restaurant with cold food. It's a Saturday and it was busy in there, but not so busy as to warrant being ignored. The hostess assumed I was a food courier and didn't even so much ask a question so she could've directed me appropriately. Also shame on the staff if that's how you treat food couriers, like they're either inconveniencing you or not treating them like people at all.
