- TLTarnjit LailNov 15, 20255.0my mom and went out for dinner without a reservation. we sat at the bar and had a drink while we waited for our table to be ready. we ordered apps as soon as we sat down and our server josh brought them out so fast. the food was amazing and the service was even better. we later found out that our server josh had just recently started which was shocking because you’d think he was a seasoned server. we definitely ordered way more than we could eat but he brought out take out containers and extra sauce for us to take home. amazing service, great food, and a warm and lively atmosphere. I would definitely recommend a dinner and maybe the chocolate cookie skillet.

- TCTracey CarterNov 2, 20251.0This evening ( Nov 2) we walked into Montana's Fanshawe @ 4:40 pm. We were seated in the bar section. The waiter first took our drink order ( beer & a rum & coke) and brought them immediately, then took our food order ( wings & Ceasar salad , chicken tacos with garden salad). Super! Or so we thought! At 5:40 we still had not received our food. When I asked the waiter what was taking so long he told me there was a large group ahead of us but assured me our order was "down" and would be out momentarily, 15 min later I ask again and he tells me he'll go check on it.....only to now return and tell me the kitchen didn't have an order for us and he didn't have it in his system. Which tells me he forgot to place the order after taking it. So we sat there for 1 hour & 16 min. He then asks if we'd like to reorder. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Then the icing on the cake , he says "I'll go get you the bill for your drinks." I have to share that this is usually our go to location to enjoy a dinner but I am still so angry about the lack of customer service / service period. When I said we would not be staying to "reorder", he says " ya sorry bout that". Unreal! Ya me too pal because apparently my time is waiting is worthless or at least that's the message you sent. Unreal! Not sure we will ever return!!!
