  Im not even here to complain about the food or the service. But someone’s gotta fix that drive-thru. I mean how do you except anyone to turn that sharp? It bothers me everything

  This location does have the new self-serve type of atmosphere, so you order through those machines. There is one till if you dont want to use the machines. When I was there, the place had this "empty" feeling. Not that I wanted it to be jammed pack but, what I mean is, it didn't feel open. Their pastry cabinet was empty and there was no staff at the front since the kitchen was behind a wall. Which added to the, "is this place even open?" kind of feeling. You have the option if having your food brought to your table or you pick it up at the counter. The food is ok. It is McDonald's after all.

  Don’t ever come here. I ordered ahead of time in the app for the precise reason to have my food ready ahead of time and not have to wait. I arrived and had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru. 25 DAMN MINUTES! What is this a fancy dine in restaurant? When I did finally get my food, they gave me cold hard fries that were burnt and super hard. Genuinely embarrassing.

  I recently had the pleasure of dining at the new McDonald’s on Fanshawe Park Road and Highbury, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the bright, modern design and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The seating is spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. You can tell that the management has put a lot of thought into creating a unique McDonald’s experience, and it shows. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area—it's truly superior to all the other McDonald’s in London. If you’re looking for a great meal in a fantastic environment, this is the place to go!

  Three times I’ve gone, three times my order hasn’t been made, I was missing items, or just given the wrong ones. How is it this McDonald’s is so bad considering it just opened last month?
