- ZZZiaDec 23, 20251.0About 20 minutes ago I went to this McDonald’s to get The Grinch meal and We ordered two, and then they try to accuse us of lying and Only gave us one and later when we came home to eat our food, the Grinch meal had 10 Piece nuggets and only 3 Single pieces of fries with some hash browns that we did not ask for & they took $22 From us Even after giving us nothing that we were supposed to get no Fries, no Socks, no Dill pickles seasoning. It’s honestly crazy to me how disrespectful they were, When all we did was ask where our second grinch meal was. Do better and stop disrespecting your customers and wasting all of their money for things that they weren’t even asking for It’s so shameful to see that this location is so disrespectful and such disgusting service, You could’ve at least made your food fresh but no all you guys do at the McDonald’s is scam people out of their money and not give them what they ask for and treat them like they aren’t even human. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

I order a grinch mule because I see the menu Something new I wanna try it out. I get home. I open it. It’s cold mini hash browns mind you there is no hash browns in the grinch meal and 10 piece. Chicken nugget nuggets no socks no nothing. Nothing like it’s supposed to be in it so all I get is 10 piece chicken nugget nuggets and some mini hash browns and I paid $22 for that 22. i’m so disappointed to the fact that I wasted money but not only that I waste my money. It was the location I always go to so disappointing you do better.

Which usually isn't an issue. Tonight though, they sent me the COMPELTELY wrong order. I know things happen. But if they followed proper delivery standards (past worker), they would have put the receipt on the bag - and have the driver confirm the order #. As nothing was on the bag at all. Frustrating when waiting for the correct order to arrive, and a very different two item order arrives.. Extremely bad experience. :(
