The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the order screens weren't working right. I spent over 10 minutes trying to use them and couldn't get through, and like everywhere else, these screens don't have customization options for your food.

He tells me to go back to the drive thru line to get my second one. Instead of being a professional and owning up to messing up the order lol. Very poor customer service in this location especially the night crew.

The fries were cold and soggy—a stark difference to the typically salty, crispy snacks I’m accustomed to, the McDonalds fries that we all know and love. My cheeseburger was cold, too. I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. I ordered a Sprite, and received a cup of ice? Where’s the soda 😂😂 Yea I’m not coming back. Thanks a lot, Dons. Ruined my appetite and my night.

I always order fries well done and here I always get them that way!. Other MC’ds I always have to send it back except for the Highbury ave one. Always seems fresh too. Second best in London!
