    What has happened to this location?! Seats are torn open, wall paper is coming off the walls, it needs a deep clean and I am not talking about the floors. The counters where the drink machines are and condiments are dirty. Staff is very slow. The managers don't seem to care. This used to be a good place, not anymore.

    I went to this location for my lunch break after a promotion which I am entirely grateful for . Ended up licking the bathroom floor until I was felt full . Workers were accommodating .

    So I ordered food from drive thru on Jan 14th (2026). I made the mistake of not checking my order. When I got home I discovered they messed up my order really bad. I live in south end so I wasn't going to drive all the way back to the masonville McDonald's. I decided to call them instead to let them know about my food. I wasn't expecting anything, I just wanted to bring it to their attention. I spoke with a manager about it and he was apologetic and asked for my mailing address bc he was going to, "send me some coupons." Fast forward to Feb 11th, still nothing by mail from them. I decided to call them back to find out what was up with these coupons they were sending. I spoke to another manager and explained the situation. He said the coupons were supposed to be coming to me from another store and said he'd call them to check on the status and he'd let them know to "resend" coupons. Once again, it's now Feb 23. I went in yesterday bc I was in that neighborhood. I spoke to a manager and explained the situation again. He basically repeated the exact same thing the last manager said. That he's sorry, he doesn't know why I didn't get coupons but he'd follow up with the other store to find out what happened. So basically they've done nothing to right their mistakes and they're just blatantly lying to me about the entire situation. I am angry thar this is how they treat their customers. None of them seem to know what's going on and this store has now shifted the blame on the highbury store. I now know, nothing was ever sent to me, there was no follow up about this situation and I've dealt with 3 different incompetent managers. I will NEVER go to this establishment again and I will be sure to spread the word to others. They need some proper training in customer service that's for certain. Great job Mc Donald's. Shameful!!!

    I wish I could give negative stars. My brother got ice cream yesterday from the drive thru and got severely sick. He was vomiting all night and had to go to the ER. He’s still hasn’t recovered fully. Please don’t let your loved ones go to this location or any McDonalds - clearly not hygienic at all.

    Last night I went through the driveway. A young lady requested me to wait on the car park. The same lady gave the items to the guy after I ordered. I was wait there for 15 minutes, she claimed that it was just took only 8min. And 2 minutes remaining for the order. That was terrible, because of that women immaturity I reached late to work and my wage half hour wage has been deducted. It is my first worst experience with MacDonald. Some of the staff in the night shift is terrible here.
