    Came here a few days ago and the wonderful lady with the dark curly hair who works drive thru on weeknights was beyond amazing and helpful ! Definitely made my experience at McDonald’s drive thru worth coming for :) would love to see her get the recognition she deserves!!! Didn’t quite catch her name though

    Last night i went through the drive through to order a couple meals for me and a few friends. The woman taking my order and paying me through was lovely and had amazing customer service not only that but she worked quickly and got our food out to us fresh as could be!! Keep up the good work guys:)

    how hard is it to get an order right? this is the four time i have ordered mcdonalds from uber eats and every time it has come from this location, my order is either missing several items or COMPLETELY WRONG! i mean really? its not rocket science. dont order from here. they wont even pick up the damn phone when you tell them the issue.

    The service at the pick up counter is horrible. It's like the staff acts like you don't exist. You need to shout out "excuse me" or stuff your phone in their face like a Doordash driver to get any kind of attention. Then the attention you get is like you've ruined their day. Clearly the staff hate their customers or require more training. I frequent takeout restaurants and honestly this place is one of the worst in the city. Support the new Fanshawe east or Richmond and Sunningdale locations, instead. Even if it's the same ownership. This restaurant doesn't deserve your business.
