    Slow doesn't always win the race... sometimes we need to get food quickly. I was in a rush to get home to handle one of my animals 'appropriately and efficiently ' and here i waited probably less then 20 mins but more then 10 minutes for 2 hashbrowns that weren't even brown or even that tasty. I left unsafe and unsatisfied

    The restroom was extremely dirty, almost never checked or cleaned. The staff seemed completely uninterested in maintaining basic hygiene, and it even appeared that homeless individuals were using the restroom area as some sort of meeting or transaction spot. After I finished my meal and left the restaurant, I was blocked at the door by a stranger, who began making racist remarks and appeared to be preparing to physically attack me. I had no choice but to go back inside the restaurant to call 911, and the police had to escort me out safely. The most disappointing part is that during the entire incident, not a single employee or manager came out to assist, even though everything happened right at the entrance and clearly put customers at risk. This was an extremely unacceptable experience. I truly hope the restaurant will seriously review its security measures, hygiene standards, and staff awareness to ensure the safety of its customers.

    Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich combo, only one other customer in the lobby. Wouldn't have taken that long to make it if it was made fresh. Entire time watched multiple customers be served at the drive thru. They only care about their drive thru times. Had to request a refund because I wasn't waiting any longer. Do better.

    8th Nov 2025 - 10:45am If you’ve ever thought, “Hey, I’d love to waste my time, be insulted, and maybe witness some casual racism — all while trying to order fast food,” then congratulations — you’ve found your spot. The staff here could win awards for pure incompetence. They have no idea if their machines are working, no clue what’s going on behind the counter, and apparently zero interest in finding out. It’s like watching chaos in a McDonalds uniform. And then there’s the manager — the crown jewel of bad leadership. Rude! Arrogant!! Discriminatory behaviour with a touch of casual racism!!! She managed to combine all three into one unforgettable experience. When I mentioned how long I’d been waiting, she told me that she doesn’t care. Finally, some honesty! At least she’s transparent about her complete lack of professionalism. This woman doesn’t just fail at customer service — she redefines it in the worst possible way. If McDonald’s is wondering why people walk out angry, they can start right here. She shouldn’t be managing a restaurant — she shouldn’t be managing anything involving human interaction. So, if you enjoy disrespect, disorganization, and a dash of discrimination with your fries, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else. Good luck!🤞

    I haven't eaten at McDonalds in about 5 years. I do frequent various the drive throughs for coffee. My wife and I stopped at this location for breakfast this morning. I asked for a McMuffin sandwich with mustard on it. I've ordered this dozens of times before with no problem. The staff were very friendly, and thats as good as it gets. While waiting, I proceeded to the condiment section to get ketchup. FRUIT FLYS WERE SWARMING IN AND AROUND THE SPOUT OF THE KETCHUP NOZZLE. It was disgusting, and I brought it to the attention of the staff. The lady casually said "oh, they're hungry this morning are they?" I promptly requested got pre packaged ketchup. I didn't get the mustard on my sandwich, even after I returned it and had a replacement. Do Better Mcdonalds. This was substandard service and I hope you get rid of the fruit fly infestation. My order was 8:51:29 AM to verify, transaction # 1LNVCF7L8C
