  The manager here is awful. I think her name is Amanda. Two weeks I came here daily and saw numerous people staying for the entire day. But being homeless I often carry a large duffelbag with me — which I usually shove under my seat so it’s out of the way. I’m often told I need to leave; while other customers can linger for hours. Sometimes she even kicks me out before the 30 minute mark or while eating even though I haven’t done anything. I’ve been sober for two years and usually just scroll TikTok in my headphones while here. The one day I developed hypothermia and was waiting here so I could get a ride to the hospital. I was freezing and had an officer who accompanied London Cares to tell her not to kick me out as I was freezing and could die. As soon as they left she told me to leave. I mentioned the officer and she said it didn’t mean anything. When I tried to stay two large guys came out of the back telling me to leave or police would be called.

  This MCD SUCKS! Service is insanely slow If you fill pop you would see more water than soda Overall just feels really bad quality

  Second time in a row I have been here. Including just 10 minutes ago. I order chicken nuggets. I GET NO CHICKEN NUGGETS

  I tried the $5 meal deal the double cheese burger. With tax the total was $5.69. They claim this is a value meal and I totally agree. The quality of the meat was not up to what Harvey's serves. Also the bun was difficult to chew a little stale I think. The fries were hot which makes them extra tasty. The coffee was perfect. And the two staffers that I came into contact with were very pleasant and great customer excellent service. I would still recommend the value meal $5

  We ordered two Spicy McVeggie burgers. We paid for them, but the cashier told us that we couldn’t place a drive-thru order at the same time because we had a delivery order, and asked us to wait for fresh burgers. We moved our car forward and waited for about 5 minutes. Then another staff member came and gave us a refund, saying the same thing. If that was the case, why did they take the payment in the first place? It was very confusing. We even apologized many times. If you didn’t want to serve us, you could have told us directly instead of making us wait.
