Once order was placed waited at least another 15 min for food. Needless to say was a very poor experience

- AAAlauraNov 7, 20251.0It would certainly seem that the manager at this location, Amanda, is either unappreciative or her job, burnt out or power tripping. A work review is in order and a demotion?? We went through drive thru to order but when we received everything, our medium fry was less than half full (we always check our order for accuracy before leaving). I politely asked the person who gave us the food to replace the fry with another one, pointing the error. I was taken back by her with a rude retort, "I am replacing them, but I'm not giving you more than you're supposed to have.". Umm... I didn't expect more than I was supposed to recieve but certainly expected to receive what I paid for. This was such an unnecessary and rude thing to say that I thought I would bring it to the attention of the manager. I don't deserve to be treated poorly by this establishment after just spending my money there. I went inside to ask for management, but met this person coming out the door with my fries. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told that she IS the manager. This with an odd smile, big eyes and immature head wag. I asked if she felt she should treat me the way she was. Her reply was simply, "Here's your fries." Same face. I asked for her name and advised I would be making a complaint. She walked away... I went inside anyway to learn from a nice employee, what her name was. Amanda, rude. Very rude. Don't treat your customers like that.

I ordered both a large and a medium fries, but the “large” fries I received were literally less than half full — it looked smaller than the medium one! For the price paid, this is totally unacceptable. It feels like McDonald’s is cutting corners and not giving customers what they’re paying for. This isn’t the first time portion sizes have been inconsistent, but this time it was just ridiculous. Please train your staff properly and make sure orders are filled correctly. When someone orders a large, they should get a large, not an almost empty box.
