  I used to enjoy coming here so often, now not so much, my wheelchair-bound fiance couldn't access the washrooms despite me up at the counter trying to get their attention

  I am currently sitting on their toilet, having already waited 15 minutes for staff to bring me toilet paper after my wife informed them they did not stock it. Will my legs survive the loss of circulation? Stay tuned to find out.

  I recently visited the McDonald’s at 462 Wharncliffe Road South, London, Ontario (N6J 2M9), and had a very uncomfortable experience. While placing my order at the self-service screen, a woman who appeared to be in her 50s made a racially insensitive remark toward me. Her body language and gestures made me feel unwelcome and disrespected, as though I did not belong there. I chose to ignore it at the moment, but the experience stayed with me. Based on how I was treated, it certainly did not feel like a welcoming place for everyone. Because of this, I will not be visiting this location again. I would advise others from my community to be aware, as no one deserves to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome while simply ordering food.

  I had a very disappointing experience today due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of one of the staff members (an Indian employee working at the counter/drive-thru). His attitude was unacceptable and lacked basic customer service etiquette. I hope management addresses this issue seriously

  This location is often good, and has little issues, but recently has had some shortcomings. I visited and informed the staff the speaker that I'd be using a free happy meal coupon. They advised to hand this to them at the window. I proceeded to provide the point code on the MyMcD's app. Proceeded to order the happy meal and other items. After moving to the window I am told that I can't use the coupon because I used the app. I would have ordered much different food if I knew this was the case and furthermore, the manager came and basically told me that there was nothing further to be done, not even offering a cash refund or any apology from him. The cash window staff and speaker staff were both amazing. The manager was short, unapologetic and not helpful. As I said, this place is usually rather good, but this experience and manager in particular was not. One small issue with the food is that the drinks seem to be only 4/5 full most of the time. Soft drink in particulate have a large ammount missing, some days it could be as bad as a large drink has as much soda as a medium would, and no ice (or very little).
