    Feb 28 at 12 midnight Dropped by the drive-thru, and the manager at the final window said the transaction didn’t go through. However, I clearly showed her that my bank had already deducted the amount. She insisted on processing another payment. We explained that it had already gone through on our bank’s end, but she kept us waiting in the drive-thru for a long time. It turns out the amount had been entered incorrectly at the previous window. The manager eventually gave us the food without a single apology for wasting our time. Unprofessional.

    I bought my 4 year old son a sausage and egg McMuffin. He started to choke. I pulled out a huge egg shell from his mouth. That is just pure laziness! I've noticed this location has been having more and more issues and by the reviews I'm not wrong!

    I visited McDonald’s around 9:00 PM on Thursday, February 6th after purchasing my usual double double coffee. I’ve been going to McDonald’s regularly for coffee because it’s normally consistent and well prepared, but this time it was not even close. As soon as I tried the coffee, I noticed it tasted burnt. I’m not sure how it happened, possibly the coffee grounds were burned but the taste was very noticeable and unpleasant. Because of that, I went back to the McDonald’s location to ask for it to be remade. I explained the issue to the employee and attempted to give him the coffee. He told me “okay” and asked me to hold onto the cup while I waited. After a few minutes, another employee, who appeared to be the manager, came over and asked what happened. After I explained how the coffee tasted burnt, he said he had never heard anyone complain about burnt coffee before. After that, he asked me to hand him the coffee. He took it inside and said he would prepare a new one. When he returned, he handed me a coffee, and both employees asked me to taste it on the spot. That’s when I realized something upsetting: it was the same coffee. Instead of making a fresh batch, it seemed like he simply poured part of the original burnt coffee into a new cup and added a large amount of cream or milk to mask the taste. I found this extremely disrespectful. Instead of just replacing it properly, they chose to reuse the same burnt coffee, assuming I would not know. That felt dishonest and insulting as a customer. At that point, I was frustrated and felt disrespected, so I chose to leave rather than argue. I won’t be returning to this location again. I’m writing this so that if anyone else has experienced similar treatment, you’re not alone. Customers deserve honesty and respect. This experience was completely unacceptable.

    Very poor experience. As an Uber Eats driver, I had to wait an extremely long time for the order to be prepared. Nothing was ready when I arrived, and the staff did not communicate properly about the delay. On top of that, when drivers ask for updates, they give bad reports on our Uber driver accounts. This is unfair and unprofessional. Worst experience.

    Very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's early in the morning. I ordered a double-double coffee, and it was almost cold when I received it. Coffee should be hot, especially first thing in the morning. After drinking just a little, I started feeling acidity and discomfort, which completely ruined my day. This is not what I expect from a place that serves coffee all day. Poor quality control and careless preparation. I won't be coming back if this keeps happening. Worker name seema
