Now I'm out a couple hundred bucks in replacement parts because they couldn't build a safe and reliable drive through. From what I've heard I'm not the first person this has happened to either. Hell if the mount on the door can't be punched back into shape I might need a whole new door. Thanks guys I'll be avoiding this location a $1.80 coffee is not worth a $200 repair bill

When I went to eat there was NO MEAT or cheese! Plus I got charged extra for Big Mac sauce. The fries were a mixture of stale or ridiculously soft that there was no structure at all. Called the location and spoke with a “manager “. I explained the situation and asked for a refund and he told me that they “don’t do refunds” and I would have to come back to the location or give my email and they would send me a free meal. At that point I was too far from the location (I wasn’t the one driving) so I settled for the emailed coupon. He told me that all he needed was my email. While I was telling him my email and it has a period (.) in it and he was not understanding what I meant, after multiple attempts and different ways of trying to explain, he finally understood. He then asked for my home address and phone number. I reminded him that he only said he needed my email, and his response was “I need more information to fill out the form”. I asked if there is another way because I don’t feel comfortable giving that out, he said “your other option is to come back”. Finally he just said “I’ll get someone to email you” and hung up. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Never experienced this ever at any McDonalds locations and it’s one of my fast food go to. Very dissatisfied.
