Nevermind the food, ordered two coffees from here and got home to drink. One coffee was supposed to be a regular, the other a double double (two coffees, not a hard order.) The “regular” coffee smelled like moudly swamp water and was pretty much a black coffee (see the photo below.) The “double double” definitely had double the sugar, that tasted more like a 4x4.. Our instant coffee was better than both unfortunately, the coffee run was a waste tonight. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

I went there to get dinner for my fiance, myself and in-laws my fiance and in-laws food was fine but I made it known that I have a fish allergy because I ordered a mc chicken and a Jr chicken for myself but when I finally ate the mc chicken not even seconds later I felt so sick I had given it to my fiance to finish eating it but he when he had taken a bit he had told me that they cooked it in the oil that the cook there fish burgers in, like I work in fast food myself so I know how serious allergies can be and I guess they didn't care that I have a fish allergy because after all the gave me food that was contaminated and I pacifically told them I have a fish allergy but after this experience I won't be going back there for a while.

This McDonald’s location has truly mastered the art of ignoring delivery drivers. Not 9/10 times, but 10/10 times — no one bothers to come out and ask for the order number, even after ringing the so-called “delivery bell.” Honestly, they could just save everyone’s time by taping a sign on the door that says:
“Order is getting ready.”
“It will take a moment.”
“It will take a while.”
That’s all we ever hear anyway.
What’s even better? The order is often already packed and sitting on the shelf getting cold, but no one has the basic courtesy or professionalism to check with the driver waiting right outside — even during freezing winters when the temperature in their waiting area drops below zero.
The attitude is the cherry on top. The way they treat delivery drivers, you’d think we’re beneath them. Newsflash: we’re all working people and deserve the same respect and decency.
And please, don’t use “we’re busy” as an excuse. Other McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and Burger Kings in London get just as busy — yet somehow they still manage to treat people like humans. At this location, even when it’s not busy, the treatment is the same: cold food, colder attitude.
