    worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to, the girl with the mask is the most rude, disrespectful, arrogant unfriendly person in customer service. She refuses to answer questions, if you ask her for a total at the speakerbox, she refuses to answer and tells you to pull up to the second window, if you ask her a second time she’ll shout at you to pull ahead refusing to answer. There was another night I went through the drive thru with my mother and she was rude towards my mother, so when we pulled up my mom asked her for her name so she could speak to the manager, and she refused to give us her name so we could make a complaint, so we asked to speak to the manager and she said no, and pretty much whipped our order at us and slammed the window. As i’ve scrolled through the reviews on this location, it says a lot about this location when my review isn’t the only complaint about her, yet they still allow her to be rude and disrespectful to the customers like she is

    I went there today on November 20,2025. Ordered a McDouble with tomato. They added bacon. When I went back to fix it they offered me a single tomato in an empty box. Only after I told them I couldn’t eat a burger with meat that had touched Pork they offered to fix it. This is not the first time something like this has happened the night shift Asian girl and the Blonde Skinny White girl working the drive thru have been costing the community and general area problems for years. When simple mistakes can be fixed they accuse the fault to the person instead of self error. They put their reputation above the reputation of the business. Which is to the detriment of the community, they should be fired immediately or be trained to handle service of the community better. The responsibility of customer relationships is too great for them to handle. I’ve heard horror stories from third party drivers such as Uber Eats and Skip the Dishes. They should be held accountable by being fired or at least be demoted to the day shift where they can be helped and in a better mood to deal with various customer needs. They tried calling the cops multiple times on normal people complaining about the service. Unbelievable!!!!

    **attention owner** I was at your location at 12am this morning, I was served by a woman wearing a black mask, my passenger was ordering their food, when we got to the window, she started with "next time only the driver is allowed to order through the speaker" I responded with "normally it is never a problem but ok" so we went to pay... I grabbed the machine to bring it closer to my passenger (again normally never a problem) she snarled back at me and started getting very defensive saying "that is as far as it goes, why can you not just grab his phome" one... I am driving, even in a drive thru thats distracted driving... 2 it is not my phone, I asked to speak to a manager because of the way she was speaking to me, and the Manager just went in circles defending her actions, I am not asking for anyone to be terminated, but please coach your employees on customer service, the manager said "I have been here for 3 years" cool... I have 6 years of customer service and going, I would never speak to a customer this way. I do not go to be disrespected.

    This location used to have two self drink stations. They shut one down using the excuse of covid. Covid is now over and yet this station still remains shut down. They need to update their drink stations anyways like the ones at Wendy's.

    CHECK YOUR MEAL BEFORE LEAVING We frequently visit this location on weekends for breakfast. At least once a month there are mistakes. Often they aren’t noticed until I’m home. Very frustrating. I usually have to return to sort out because it affects my kid’s meals.
