    I was ordering a meal at the front counter, I waited 10 minutes and no one came I saw them laughing and talking and not doing their work . That’s not the first time they do this . I hope they do smth abt this bc it’s not fair to me to wait .

    messed up the one thing that I ordered which was not apparent until I had left the restaurant and returned home. called to complain and was told 'no problem' either come back or we will send you a meal voucher. ONE month later - no voucher. Such poor customer care from start to finish. Eat elsewhere!

    This review is specifically about the extremely poor conduct of the supervisor on duty at this location. A few weeks ago, I picked up an order through the drive-thru. At the window, I added cookies to the order and paid cash (around $5.50). I was not given a receipt and not even a straw. About 15 minutes after leaving, I noticed the cookies were missing from the bag and immediately called the restaurant. The employee I spoke with confirmed the cookies were still there. I explained that I live in Aylmer and wouldn’t be back for two to three weeks. She told me this was not a problem, said she would write my name down, and that I could be refunded when I returned. I specifically asked her to write my name down due to the lack of a receipt, and she confirmed that she had. On February 5, 2026, at approximately 3:00 p.m., I returned to the restaurant to follow up exactly as instructed. The supervisor on duty immediately stated that my name was not written down and did not appear to check or investigate in any way. I politely asked if she could confirm with the employee who originally helped me, as I believed that employee was working at the time. The supervisor refused to even ask. When I tried to calmly explain why there was no receipt and why the cookies were not on the original app order (they were added at the window and paid in cash), the supervisor repeatedly interrupted me, spoke aggressively, dismissed what I was saying, and showed no interest in understanding the situation. She made no attempt to resolve the issue, offered no apology, and simply told me I could not get my money back. When I asked how to escalate the issue, the supervisor refused to provide her name. She also made unnecessary and unprofessional comments that had nothing to do with resolving the problem and only escalated the situation further. Mistakes happen. What matters is how staff handle them. In this case, the supervisor’s behavior turned a simple, fixable issue into a hostile and frustrating experience. Her refusal to investigate, refusal to cooperate, aggressive communication, and refusal to identify herself were completely unacceptable. This isn’t about the money — it’s about being treated with basic respect after paying for an item I never received and following the exact instructions given by staff. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend management review this supervisor’s conduct
