Order 2 coke zeros and they both made wrong tasted like carbonated water and when I found out I went to check their menu and it was removed only after I bought it, why were they even selling it

Firstly worst customer service, secondly i order mocha and employee made latte. I went back let the employee know and employee didn’t even apologize, even he said this is mocha. Instead he ask me what size small? I said yes and i know what is mocha, and it’s with the chocolate syrup. I don’t know what mood he was in, he just made latte with chocolate syrup. He gave it to me for the second time with out saying sorry or anything like that. As i know that cup needs to be filled till the line inside and it was was less than that. What are you guys charging us for latte with chocolate syrup with not even filled properly as per McDonald’s standards. Not closing the lid properly with the mark on cup. Not at all happy with this service. It’s not for the first time mostly at this location we need to go inside for the second time to get our order proper. No smile, mood less, no receipt, no apologies for customer for coming back.
