I am always instructed to go to the second window. However, on this occasion, this staff member told me to stop at the first window and spoke to me with an attitude when I tried to explain that I was following the usual process. His manner was disrespectful and lacked basic customer service. I expect better service, especially as a regular customer. Staff should be polite, helpful, and consistent when giving instructions, not rude or dismissive. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not have the same experience.
