I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered the phone. Because of that, I had to drive back to the location. When I arrived, I spoke with Melissa, who has worked there for years. She was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding. She handled the situation the way any customer-focused employee should. Unfortunately, the manager on duty was the complete opposite. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—not just toward me, but in front of other customers who witnessed the interaction. When I mentioned that I run a business and would never speak to my customers the way he was speaking to me, he responded by saying he didn’t care. That level of disrespect is unacceptable from anyone, let alone a manager. KFC, please do a proper integrity check before promoting people into leadership roles. Individuals like Melissa deserve recognition and advancement—not someone who treats customers with disrespect. Do better when hiring and promoting your managers.1683 Dundas st

Gone are the days where a helpful person could talk to you a suggest something. The food was horrible the famous KFC skin that you look forward too was soggy and not good at all.
