  My elderly mother went inside to purchase a bucket meal. The staff refused to take her order and directed her to use the kiosks the store has now. Even after my mother tried to explain she isn't able to work the kiosks, the staff refused to take her order. They didn't even offer any assistance. Clearly minimum wage is too high while they stand around and do nothing as there were no other customers, so them being busy isn't an excuse. Having horrible customer service is enough reason for me to NEVER purchase anything from this establishment. Customers come first. Next time help them or take their order instead of being lazy!

  That indian girl at the counter is hella rude. She thinks its her restaurant. She does not know how to talk with customer at all. She doesnot know how order system works at her workplace. Waiting time is usually 20 mins plus.

  We had a really good experience here. There was one lady named Rose, she was super supportive and cooperative. She helped us when we were confused and showed her generosity. We loved her service. I wish everyone would be like her, she was kind and helpful. Love you Rose. I wish for you to have an amazing life. Your small kindness really made us very comfortable and confident thanks

  Placed an order here online, but realized I picked the wrong location and immediately tried to cancel. I called this location 5 times (as was required to make the cancelation), and no one picked up. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:21am, and after not being able to reach the store, I went anyway after my friends had eaten at a different location. When I arrived there at 11:48am, nearly half an hour after the order was supposed to be ready, they had not even started the order. Absolutely wild experience, and I will never be visiting this location again. I strongly recommend anyone else to avoid it as well.

  Drive thru- they have difficulty hearing the order. Reviewed my order sounded correct asked if I wanted a receipt. I didn’t because she had it right. She said pull over and wait 4 min I waited way more than 4 min. And it was hard to park because there was no room. It is Halloween so I get it. But the woman who came out and brought the food said here and dropped the bag on to my leg in the truck window no big deal but clearly there was no large pop in that bag and I tried To call to her but she was gone. I have mobility issues so I thought well oh well, get home the food is not hot it’s drenched in grease and there’s no gravey I ordered either. So I try to call because that’s my special meal to start my vacation I was in the house and with mobility issues it is difficult for me to press physically any father without getting hurt. Well the phone says they aren’t available. I try to submit feedback online that doesn’t work either . I have worked food service I don’t expected Mary popping but I don’t expect to be treated like a problem.
