Extremely slow service and they gave my order to the wrong customer. When the customer came back they tried to hand it to me after the other customer handled my food. I had to ask them to remake my order and then waited even longer. They also moved all of the menu boards from the order counter and placed them In front of the self serve kiosks which were out of order. Very poor design choice since you don’t need a menu board when using a kiosk (assuming they eventually fix them). Also they were out of forks - how does that happen?

I waited 40 minutes for a basic order at this KFC. Forty. Minutes. Meanwhile, the employees were standing around chatting with each other, laughing, and acting like customers didn’t exist. Zero urgency, zero professionalism.
When I finally asked what was taking so long, I got attitude instead of an explanation. Rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed that they had to do their actual job. If you hate customer service, don’t work in it.
Food was mediocre at best by the time it came out, and honestly not worth the wait or the disrespect. This place is disorganized, poorly managed, and staffed by people who don’t care.
Save your time and money. Go literally anywhere else.

The reviews for this place speaks for itself, as it is one of the worst locations to get your food. Me and a family member had gone in to by some food, we were told that their machine didn't work as it was acting weird, so we had to use the new screens and order ourselves. We both waited for our food, however, my family member had noticed that a man that had walked in had just paid on one of their machines.
This is reasonably ticked us both off as it was unreasonable to lie to our faces. They also took too long for seemingly one piece of chicken to be cooked. They had said five minutes and it took atleast double to triple the time than it should've. And to top that off, they got our order horribly wrong.
Next time the workers should start checking the machines so they don't lie to a customer and overall make sure the order is right.
P.S, you have a leak in your roof, fix that now.
⭐️ Worst Experience Ever
Worst experience ever at a KFC outlet. The manager was completely incapable of handling even basic day-to-day operations, which made the entire visit frustrating and disappointing. This is not a one-off incident — we have faced similar issues here 2–3 times already. If it had happened once, it could be overlooked, but repeated poor experiences point to a serious management problem.
For a brand like KFC, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Strong leadership and basic customer handling should be non-negotiable. KFC really needs to step up, review who is being put in charge, and give opportunities to capable professionals who can actually uphold the brand’s standards.

This KFC location is consistently excellent, with chicken that is always fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. The staff are polite, efficient, and clearly care about getting orders right, even during busy times. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, making it comfortable to dine in or take out. Easily one of the better KFC locations and one I would confidently recommend.
