  Staff placed my bare food on the dirty prep table then tried to serve it to be. Always show service. Hard shell tacos are given to me broken Won’t ever return waited for almost 30 mins for a basic order

  I have been to this place many times. Few time my chicken was over cooked and they are always out of what I would like to order. I ordered macaroni salad and only got it once. Always check before you leave cause there is something usually missing. The quality of the chicken is not great at this location. I try to call for my missing order and no one ever picks up.

  Slowest fast food ever. When we finally got the food it was cold. Employees chatting among themselves with no concern for the customer. Employees forgeting basic things like napkins in the bag and the drinks that are supposed to come with your order. Clearly a poorly managed location. As someone who occasionally enjoys junk food this location really tarnishes the tacobell/kfc brand. Avoid if possible.

  Ordered a meal and somehow didn’t even get the fries that come with it. Like… how does that happen? On top of that, the drinks tasted like straight-up water, and I still got charged for them as if they were actual drinks. So I basically paid for water and missing food. No effort, no quality control, no apology. Honestly done with this location — Mary Brown’s across the street actually knows how to serve a meal, so that’s where I’m going from now on.
