Absolute Chaos.
Mobile orders are meant for fast and reliable service; however, we just had a horrible experience—the first one of its kind at any KFC location.
We placed a mobile order and waited in the drive-thru queue for about 15 minutes. When we finally reached the speaker, the employee told us the order wasn’t ready and instructed us to come inside. There was no apology, no polite request—nothing—just a blunt “come inside if you want your order, or forget it” attitude.
Unreal. We will never return to this location, and we strongly advise against placing mobile orders here.

If I could rate negative stars I would. Today we went for lunch with my family and everything was totally disappointing. There were no lids for drinks which is minor in this case. I went to use the woman’s washroom and it was absolutely disgusting. When I came back to our table, my 3.5 year old told me he needed to pee and I told my husband I was not taking him in there as there was no toilet paper, and it was beyond gross. I then had to take my toddler outside to the garden to pee because that was a better alternative than the rancid bathroom in that establishment. I will not be eating there ever again because of their disregard for any time of bathroom hygiene. This place is definitely a health code violation and I will be reporting it to local the local London health unit. Enough is enough.
