When I went to pick it up, the staff member confirmed that it contained 16 pieces. However, when I got home and opened the box, there were only 10 pieces inside. I drove back to the store to have the order verified. The same staff member admitted it was a mistake but was extremely rude and acted as if she were doing me a favor by giving me the missing pieces. To make things worse, she shredded the cover into pieces and threw it on the counter, grumbling and showing her frustration in front of other customers. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. The manager was polite and handled the situation with professionalism, but the staff member’s behavior completely ruined the experience. As someone who has been a loyal KFC customer in various countries, including London, I have never experienced such poor service before. Truly a disgraceful experience that reflects very badly on this location.
