  Ordered at this restaurant in person around 1:30pm. I ordered their mini fill up combo with the chili chicken snack wrap. There was barely anybody else in the restaurant. Despite this fact I waited about 10 minutes for my food, maybe more. My combo only had three small items and should not have taken as long as it did. The wrap was sloppy, sauce leaking all over the outside, and there were WAY too many chili flakes in the wrap.

  I had a great experience dining in at KFC. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My food arrived quickly and was hot and tasty, just like I expected. The seating was comfortable, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Overall, I’d definitely recommend KFC for a casual and satisfying dine-in meal.

  The food was okay but the prices for 2 people came to almost $60 and the bathroom was nasty because when I went to use the mail bathroom it was not clean there was pee all over the toilet seat and the tap was hanging inside the sink hanging by the pipe that sits inside of the tap. There was also a homeless person passed out in the booth area hanging his body over the back of the chair. The order machine was not working properly and every time we went to click on the screen we had to tap on the screen at least 4 times before it did what we wanted it to do. The employees every time I went up there to ask for a for I waited almost 5 minutes and they saw me and continued to do what they were doing. I then went and let them know about the bathroom and all the lady did was say okay and went back to the kitchen and we were there for almost 1hr and I told them after we got there and the entire time we were there they never cleaned it. Overall, service OK! Wouldn’t go back there again!

  recently visited this KFC location and had a good experience with the staff. The employees were polite, hardworking, and provided great customer service. However, I was disappointed to learn that staff members are not allowed to accept tips from customers because management keeps them. I was trying to tip an employee for their excellent service, but they respectfully declined and explained the situation. I believe tips should go directly to the hardworking employees who actually serve customers. Owners and management should reconsider this policy and ensure fairness for their team. The staff truly deserves appreciation for their effort.

  Absolutely outstanding experience at this KFC branch! The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked — you can really taste the quality and care in every bite now. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sides were just as delicious. What truly made this visit exceptional was the staff. Every team member was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They handled orders quickly, kept everything organized, and went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. It’s rare to see such great teamwork and positive energy. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. You can tell the staff take pride in their work. Way better than before. Huge compliments to the entire team — special thanks to Ahmed, Safaa, Ali, and Sanjana, who went above and beyond to make sure the experience was good — keep up the amazing service! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
