Tried to go through the drive though and I was told its not working they could only do moblie orders I had to go in. I tired asking why they didnt have a sign up because I had to sit in the drive thought behind the cars getting moblie picks that weren't ready yet to get out and then went in and the ordering kiosk also wasn't working and then the restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day and the staff were wearing hair nets but not coming their hair with them
Yesterday, I placed an order through Uber Eats and went to the store to pick it up. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. I ordered a Sandwich Box Meal, which comes with corn and a Pepsi can. When I arrived, the lobby was packed with Uber drivers waiting for their orders. One driver even mentioned he had been waiting for over 30 minutes.
When I looked closely, I noticed there was only one staff member working at the front — taking orders, packing food, and even filling drinks for all the Uber deliveries. I asked about my order, and that’s when I was told they were out of corn and didn’t have any Pepsi cans, so they would fill a fountain pop instead.
I genuinely appreciate the employees working there; they were clearly doing their best and working extremely hard. My issue is with management. If KFC cannot provide the items they promote, then these promotions should not be advertised. Customers shouldn’t be misled with false promotions just to attract orders.

I’m not sure why I keep encountering such poor customer service at KFC. I’m paying for my food — it’s not a charity — yet the staff show no greeting, no courtesy, and often an arrogant attitude. It’s quite disappointing. If they cannot provide proper customer service, then perhaps they should give the opportunity to people who are more qualified and willing to treat customers with respect. There was no greeting when I arrived and no thank you after I paid, especially from some of the staff of South East Asian origin.

I ordered the buy one get another combo free big crunch box and I upgraded my fries to poutine (paying extra) and they just gave me a regular combos ,not even extra fries they just took my extra money and gave me nothing extra that I paid for,isn’t that kind of stealing? what is even happening with the quality of kFC in recent years, it’s not good, chicken and fries are always soggy now, including this order ,also if they didn’t want me to upgrade my fries on the deal they shouldn’t have had that option there. They could have at least given extra fries for the extra money I paid ..whatever, I took the loss and I’m never going to kfc again until they start cooking chicken more crispy like how it was early 2000, I paid 40$ online even with the deal it was expensive, soggy chicken and the popcorn chicken didn’t taste fresh everything was also cold and just thrown in a box all messy . U guys lost all standards I guess …won’t be back until head office makes changes whether it’s in cook training or hygiene /whatever else..by the way my bun for my crunch sandwich smelled off ,sour not good cheesy dirty smell , didn’t smell good,like bad body smell or something .

Took my 3 very hungry, teen grandchildren yesterday. We ordered on the mobile app while we were seated in-store. Long story short, it took about 40 minutes to get 5 chicken sandwich combos. Yes, they were busy, but they don't seem organized at all - just very chaotic. I asked if they were short-staffed, but I was told no. One customer left, cursing and angry, as we patiently waited at our table. Then, the food was subpar. Batter slid off one of the sandwiches. Too much mayo on some of the chicken sandwiches, while mine was almost devoid of mayo - I had get up, again, to ask for more. Not a pleasant experience at all. In fact, I'd like a refund of $52.49 Would I return? Not at this point. This is not FAST food. This is VERY SLOW, SUBPAR food with a huge price tag. Save yourself some money, time, and a LOT of aggravation. When you drive by this location, keep driving.
Also, there was a very large (soda???) spill in front of the service counter. Customers were stepping in it - it was unavoidable. And many were grumbling and rolling their eyes. Yes, they were busy, but some things cannot be postponed. I didn't see anyone slip and fall, but it's a definite possibility. The floors were very dirty, sticky, and greasy.
