- DDDaveDec 16, 20251.0The worst KFC experience. I don’t normally write reviews but this was super terrible. It seems like real customers write bad reviews and friends write good ones. Their machines were not working and they don’t take orders up front. She said she’d take our order in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later she checked up and said she would need more time. They are super unorganized. I simply said we have been waiting for a long time and her reply was “well either wait or leave”. I asked excuse me and she said “ I’ll be right with you” so I asked… did you tell me to wait or to leave? She smirked and said yes, and proceeded to tell me that she had a trainee which she hadn’t even helped at all. Trainee looked like she knew what she was doing better than her. To top it off, the food was terrible. Multiple other customers lined up complaining about the lack of competence. Go to another KFC.
