- KLKatrina Lederer1 day ago3.0Sad to learn today corporate Kelseys has changed the chicken fried chicken on their menu with what seems like a smaller serving of chicken. The manager explained it is one piece cut in 2 and it cooks up differently making it seem smaller. Also they have changed the veg from broccoli to broccolini. The staff, as always at this location, was friendly and took the time to explain what happened. They noticed right away my disappointment and went above and beyond to help me understand. Thanks Kelseys team.

Instead of an out of order sign and closing the washroom like 9/10 other stores would do, they just put a "wet floor sign". My 4 year old daughter slipped and fell in sewage. . 0/10 would not eat here again. Manager was alerted and said my wife and kid should just use the men's. Great job...

They took it back to the kitchen and replaced the bun leaving the burger still covered in mayonnaise. Brang the issue up again and all I got was arguing Both by management and server even though there was 2 of us that saw it. Service is usually great, atmosphere can be a little loud. Typically they are great. Unfortunate that they feel the need to argue before fixing the problem correctly, not "quickly". Staff have also confirmed with other issues that have occurred such as "raw and pink" burgers that the "kitchen staff is new and doesn't quite know what they are doing yet" as a constant excuse. Go to this location and you run a 50/50 chance of Great food and fantastic service or the opposite and terrible food and 40 Minutes waiting for a re-fill. Flip The Coin.

Today we had Kendal who was out server and she was a delight. Thanks for a great meal. My only suggestion is bring back the regular veggies for the balsamic chicken, not a fan of the new mix.
- PPPtoNov 6, 20252.0Overall disappointed. (Don’t usually complain, as I didn’t say anything to the bartender the first night ) My family came in Sunday night for dinner. We sat in the bar area. They were out of a few food items. Then found out they were out of my beer on tap bud light. Then tried to order a bud and they were out of that too. Randomly, went in last night with some buddies (don’t usually go twice in a week) They were still out of beer on tap. At least the bartender from last night was apologetic and friendly.
