  My husband and I had dinner there tonight and we very much enjoyed it. I had the plant based burger, which comes with two patties. One of the patties was a little overcooked so I had put it aside. To be honest, I didn’t really want double patty. Anyway, the waitress told her manager ( without me saying anything). He came over and offered us free dessert. Then he came back with dessert , gave us a voucher for our next visit , and took my meal off the bill! They were very generous! We definitely recommend this restaurant.

  I called to book a group lunch for our hockey team between games, with close to 50 people—no small task! From my very first call with Shawn, the Manager, I had a feeling this was going to be a great experience, and it absolutely was. Shawn is clearly a seasoned manager and has an incredible team behind him. Even though we arrived early, everything was ready and running smoothly. A huge shoutout to Steve, Julia, Alleki, and Neveah—they did an amazing job. The team was organized, attentive, and efficient. Food and drinks came out on time, no one was left waiting, and they even helped us celebrate a birthday and take a group photo—all in under 1.5 hours! Truly outstanding service and easily the best team lunch we’ve had to date. We will 100% be back. Thank you so much, Shawn and team! Highly recommend!

  Kelsey’s is an amazing place to grab drinks, food, and relax. The atmosphere is lively but still comfortable, making it perfect for hanging out with friends or watching a game. The bar staff are friendly, fast, and know how to make great drinks, which really adds to the experience. The food was excellent, especially the Ultimate Bacon & Cheese Burger—it was absolutely delicious, juicy, and cooked perfectly, with tons of flavor in every bite. Portions are generous and well worth the price. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and we never felt rushed. Overall, Kelsey’s is a top-tier bar with great vibes, great food, and excellent service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and reliable spot for a night out!

  We live out of town so we rarely go to London to dine. It was the busy holiday season and we decided to take a break at Kelsey’s in Westmount in London ON. Our server Nicole was amazing. From the moment she came to us with her big smile till the end of our stay she was fabulous. She was very attentive to our needs and was pleasant and precise with our order. Nicole made our dining experience a pleasure - even during the busyness of the day.

  A great place with amazing service - thank you, Stacey. I grew up in this neighbourhood. Like everyone's neighbourhood, it's changed a lot. The homes are older, the trees are bigger. Many businesses have come and gone; my, how the mall has changed. There have in fact been many businesses where Kelsey's currently stands. There actually used to be a real estate office where my mom worked - and a pub down below that was a hit for the neighbourhood. My point is that everytime I goto Kelsey's, I see and reflect on all of this. It also means that they are competing with my childhood memories. That's a tall order because my childhood was amazing. So, you might then expect that when I go to my old stomping grounds, my expectations are really high. And that's true. I'm a tough customer. When I'm back home, I want to reminisce and reconnect. Kelsey's makes this possible, especially because the people are amazing. Sean is a great manager. Awesome guy, easy going, laughs a lot, and very accommodating. But the pie goes to Stacey. She's always friendly, smiling, and attentive. Nothing ever comes late, and she never forgets about you. I have particular admiration for servers that don't let the world outside, including their own, colour their interactions, but nor would I ever blame them if they did. The bottomline to my rant is this: Stacey is a particularly unique server and bartender because she puts you first, no matter what. You're a great server, Stacey. Thank you.
