Pretty sure her name was Alessia, she had short red hair, she was our server back maybe 2 months ago and then again on Saturday November 15th, our first visit back in September food was great, but service was not there at all we never got a refill and we waited 30 minutes for a bill with a screaming toddler. Our food came out faster than us having to wait for the bill. November 15th same waitress again service was good for getting our drink orders and food orders pretty fast, my meal was absolutely disgusting thia lettuce wraps had one bite and that was all it tasted like dirty vegetables/lettuce absolutely horrible, didn’t say anything and let it slide, fast forward 20 minutes we are ready for our bills, yet again we waited at least 30 minutes even went for a walk to catch her to ask for the bill she was absolutely no where to be found, another 10 minutes goes by and she finally is coming towards us turns around and walks the other way. Finally we got her attention and got the bill, definitely not meant to be a server and turned very snotty about half way through our past visit, definitely will not be back

Tonight we faced a bit of an issue as my daughter decided last minute she will want fish and chips so since my food was "still cooking" (as per the app) i called spoke to the WONDERFUL manager who was there this evening around 6:50pm (November 14th, 2025) I added fish and chips to the order and hes customer service was THE BEST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED and I worked at a kelseys out of town! I highly recommend this location out of any other ones.

And look out folks….its now an additional 99c for a tiny pot of mayonnaise! With burgers that come with NO sauces at all - its a complete joke. Do yourself a favor - eat elsewhere.
