Service was nice, and I was hungry enough to look past the appearance of the toppings, but I had to get a refund after 2 bites. Stale bun, toppings (specifically tomatoes and onions) looked old and gross, onion rings were inedible, fries were meh and bairly hot. Went to Burgers Priest instead and got a right proper burger. EDIT: Okay, corporate reached out, and the manager Ramanpreet offered a free combo of choice on my next visit. I returned, somewhat trepidaciously, and was pleased to see an apples to oranges difference. The toppings looked amazing, fresh and vibrant; the burger and bun were delicious, onion rings tasty, and fries were warm. Well done! Order has been restored, and Harvey's is back in my favorites.
