  What a shady staff this place has. We ordered through the app so when we went to pick it up they gave us our pops and asked us to drive up and they'll bring it to us. There wasn't even a car behind me. I told the lady I'll pull up but only up to the door. I reminded her this is a drive through and it's snowing out. Once we pulled up to the door we went to go take a drink of pop. The one was just over half filled and the other 3/4 filled. I went into restaurant and told the guy the situation and he said "it's because the fizz and because we're busy" I responded "you can't give customers half what they paid for". He filled them without hesitation but WOW this staff is shady. I strongly recommend you do NOT go thru this drive thru to order anything because these folks weren't raised or trained the correct way to treat folks/customers. The poutines were cold both the gravy and in center of fries so why are we told to drive up and wait and then the food is still cold? Shouldn't it be hot if we were waiting? The shady staff is going to ruin this place or is it poor management or wait maybe both! I mean wow

  The last few times I've ordered delivery there are very little toppings on the burger. Only a few shreds of lettuce and very little ketchup and mustard. I dont know if the restaurant is trying to save money because I also didnt receive napkins

  This was my third visit to Harvey’s, and I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. During my previous visits, the staff was welcoming and professional. However, during this visit, my experience was completely different. The front staff member was rude and rushed my order without basic courtesy. I ordered an Angus combo, and the patty was burnt. The tomato was not fresh, the lettuce was dry, and the burger was wrapped poorly with sauce spilled all over the paper. I also noticed staff touching my burger without gloves and only putting gloves on later while garnishing, which raises serious hygiene concerns. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was not available to come to the front. This response was unacceptable. If Harvey’s values its customers, concerns should be addressed immediately and professionally. Additionally, the washrooms were extremely unclean — toilets not flushed, paper towels scattered everywhere, and overall very unhygienic. It was honestly disgusting. I have never had such an experience during my previous visits. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

  Regular Harvey’s customer But been a while since I stopped by Decided to stop in today and get lunch As usual great burger But the most important thing was the amazing professional friendly service by Adam who was working the cash and making the burgers!! Very positive polite and more took his time with the order and assured my satisfactions but most importantly how busy it was and he never lost composure and maintained doing a great job!!! Adam was just great truly professional and more Well done Adam 5 🌟 plus all around
