Google says they close at 11 pm. Was walking up to that door and saw customers ordering and some eating. The customer ordering also had a dog in their hand which i think shouldn’t be allowed inside a restaurant. Anyways get in line and they yelled slurs at us while telling us they were closed. Will not be back.

Burgers are enough to fill a chipmunk, if it skipped lunch

5 guys easily has the best fast food burger. Pricier but worth. This specific time, there was a mistake with burger, which is fine accidents happen. I went up to the counter and the employee handled it right away. Offered to make me a fresh burger right away. Afterwards he came over to our seat and apologized again, I said don’t worry about it. I appreciate how you handled it promptly. He even offered a free milkshake for the trouble which was unnecessary. This was excellent customer service and I definitely will come back.

I actually tried 5 Guys because one of my favourite shows Marketplace, rated them at the top of the heap in London for a quality burger. This review is based apon my visit to the Wellington St. location in London Ontario Jan 23rd 2026.
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fried mushrooms and fried onions and a milkshake, and my girlfriend ordered the poutine. The resturaunt was clean and the staff were very friendly. The food came fairly quickly, hot. The burger was truly the best in the city. Having said that, I was curious why they used fake plastic processed cheese slices. Would have been over the top with real melted cheddar. The fries and gravy for the poutine were excellent but the cheese was off to the side, cold and not melted at all. The milkshake was pretty good but didn't come with the steel cup they make it in so a little disappointed there. Overall I highly recommend this place if you want a quality burger far better then any of the other burger joints around town. Hopefully they decide to start using real cheese. Cheers!
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
