The restaurant was out of the desserts, but it didn't make a difference to us. The excellent service made up for it. In and out in just over an hour, with 6 kids as part of a hockey tournament.

Now keep in mind its been like 3 years since I've been to a East Side Marios, but this is not what I remember it being. When we got there we waited roughly 3-5 minutes to get seated which I didn't mind it was kinda busy. However when we got seated by the manager and the bread got delivered to our table, we went to use the plates provided to eat it and there were fingerprints and salad all over the plates. (they were supposed to be clean plates) We asked someone to get new plates and we did. We proceeded to order I got the Caesar salad and a calzoni, And my 2 friends got soup and a shrimp alfredo dish. Personally My food tasted alright, Not the best that I have had but I didn't hate it. On the other hand my friends dishes were smoking hot but the food was super cold. They proceeded to tell me that the shrimp in the dish tasted funny and they were questioning whether or not that shrimp was store properly or just made wrong. Nothing against our server. Other than that mishap with the dirty plates she was great. But I don't suggest eating here unfortunately. At the end of our experience even after all these things and the manager being known to it. We paid full price being $114.41 which was insane to me. Another thing to add to it was the manager was right next to our table for most of our visit not really caring instead he was staring at us and even when I tried flagging him down while he was staring he proceeded to ignore it and continue a conversation whilst staring.

She made sure everything was perfect and checked in at the right moments without being intrusive. The restaurant itself has a warm, comfortable atmosphere, and the food was fresh, tasty, and well presented. Service was smooth and well managed, which really enhanced the overall experience. Yamini’s professionalism and friendly nature truly stood out and made our visit memorable. Highly recommend this place for good food and excellent service!

I have been here several times in the past. My party had 20 people and was served by Zack. Despite being such a large party, Zack was attentive and kind throughout. Food was ok, but the service was great! :)
- ABAbbey BDec 24, 20251.0My husband and I have been going to East Side Mario’s for years and this is by far the worst one we’ve been to. We were sat in a back corner and waited about 10 minutes for a waitress who, upon arrival, proceeded to complain about her previous table. Finally our soup/salad came and the potato bacon soup had almost no flavour and wasn’t very good. My husband’s salad was basically just old Romaine lettuce with a small amount of dressing and the waiter who came by with the cheese grinder got more cheese on the table and my husbands pants than on the salad. The food arrived quickly but it wasn’t very well done. Some of my noodles weren’t cooked well and the baked mozzarella on top wasn’t fully melted. When asking for a box for our leftovers, the waitress was quick to remind us we weren’t allowed to take home the rest of the salad or bread we didn’t eat. Just overall bad food and subpar service.
