  We had Nika today, service was absolutely excellent. I cannot recommend her enough, she was fast, friendly, kept conversation, accommodated every need. No exaggeration, I would hire her if I had a restaurant myself. Both hosts today were great, Chahat was very kind. Would love to see her as a server in the future when we come back! Food came out quick, hot and delicious, and who doesn’t love unlimited soups and salads?

  Food was the only good thing about this place came back after years for the memories me and my mother had there. We came back for the nostalgia left wishing we never came back the server we had who is apparently the manager is very rude guy sounds he’d rather be dead then do his job constantly cutting us off and trying to rush us through the meal.this guy had absolutely no people skills all buddy buddy with the table behind us while treating us like we shouldn’t be there if I could get a refund for garbage service I would. They weren’t even busy either so not sure why you’d let someone like him work tables.

  Just went for dinner with my husband and 2 kids literally an hour ago and sat in our booth in the middle of the restaurant, not even off to the side somewhere, for 20 mins and no one even acknowledged us. There were multiple servers walking by and serving everyone around us, but not us. We ended up leaving and went to another restaurant that actually served us. I shouldn't have to flag down my server for service or a simple drink order. Very disappointed.

  Rough experience there. After sitting down at table, we noticed food was already on the little service plates, food and crumbs on the seat and leftover food under the table. Server/manager changed the plates but dismissed the rest of the mess. Manager was quite rude to the kids with me and had rushed service. Manager did not smile or introduce himself to us, cut the kids/me off in the middle of sentences when ordering and again rushed us even with less than 2 other tables present. Manager was eating food and did not wash their hands after eating and serving us. Terrible customer service and felt like they created an unfriendly family environment. One of the worst experiences at east sides Mario's, the other London locations are much kinder.

  Had a wonderful meal for valentine’s day with my Girlfriend, Ali was our server and i couldn’t have asked for better service, always checking up to make sure the meals are coming out, and most importantly he was extremely polite and friendly and made our night amazing, another shout out to the blonde girl hosting at the front, we had made a reservation yesterday for tonight and it was never recorded down, despite being able to tell we were slightly frustrated she calmly sat us at a table despite the restaurant being quite busy! thank you so much to the East side Mario’s staff for an amazing night and even better food!
