- VVVivekDec 13, 20251.0🚨 Alert for Vegetarians: Do NOT visit this East Side Mario’s location 🚨 This was a very disappointing experience and completely ruined our weekend. We clearly informed the server that we are vegetarians and ordered the cheesy spinach dip. Despite this, the dish was brought out with chicken breast on it. When we raised the issue, the server returned with what they called a “fixed” spinach dip—but we could still see pieces of chicken breast in it. It was obvious that the chef had simply removed the chicken instead of preparing a fresh vegetarian dish, which is completely unacceptable, especially for dietary restrictions. The manager did come by after the incident, but the damage was already done. This shows a serious lack of care, hygiene, and respect for vegetarian customers. If you are vegetarian, avoid this location. They do not take dietary requirements seriously.
