While us parents sat at table separately we could indulge in beverages of our liking. It's been ages since I left an establishment feeling that loosened up while the boys got to run around and play. Also to add, it's such an affordable place to drink. 8 double vodkas later on just my wife and I's tab alone for under $100 is absolutely a steal and I will be back.

I came in to dine with my family, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations. When we were seated, nearly all of the surrounding tables were covered with dirty dishes despite no one sitting at them. We ate most of our meal and had drinks for a table of five, and during that entire time the dishes around us were never cleared. They were still there when we were essentially walking out. In addition, it took an extremely long time for our main course to arrive, and refills also took far longer than expected. The overall experience made it seem as though the restaurant was either very short staffed or that staff were not fulfilling their responsibilities. This was disappointing, especially when dining out with family, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. Update- still no contact from east side Mario’s after filling out the online complaint as it states someone will be in contact… i did the online survey the day they responded and today’s date is feb 11 2026
