    Had dinner tonight after going to a Knights game! Grace H. did a great job with us! Very kind, and frequently checked in with us ensuring we had everything we needed! Always love coming to this East Side!💞

    I've been here many times and have always had a good experience, but my visit today might've just changed my mind on this restaurant. I placed an order for takeout. When arriving I went to the take out counter and stood there for 5 minutes staring at my food in the warmer. 3 different workers made eye contact with me and continued to ignore me. I requested a large side of parmesan cheese and was only given a tiny cup. I went back inside and asked if I could get the stuff they usually serve when I dine in and they said it's only for customers eating in. I offered to pay extra for it and was told again, it's only for the dine in customers. The lady that served me was quite rude and it actually made the whole experience very uncomfortable. Disappointed.

    Had an amazing lunch experience at East Side Mario’s thanks to Kylie W’s outstanding service. She was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to get service that feels both genuinely friendly and incredibly efficient, but Kylie W delivered exactly that. The food was delicious as always, but Kylie W truly made the visit memorable. Highly recommend!

    *Note: This was a pickup order, so I just rated the atmosphere a 5 because it's unfair to rate that. Tried this place for the first time in years because it usually feels a bit overpriced. Ordered the veal Parm sandwich for myself, the Rigatoni for someone else, and the Cannelloni for my fiancee. They seemed to enjoy their food enough although it was expensive for the portion size. My veal Parm was borderline horrible. Super dry, took 2 bites of the bun before I reached the meat, and barely any cheese or sauce. From what I gather, a pasta is usually a solid enough choice here, but that sandwich was definitely one of the worst food dishes I've had when going out or ordering takeout in a long time.

    Absolutely outstanding service from Natalia! Natalia was hands down the best server we’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcome and taken care of. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and had such a positive energy that made our entire experience unforgettable. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask and made everything feel effortless. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely loves what they do, but Natalia’s kindness and professionalism truly stood out. She turned a regular meal into something special — we’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
