My wife and I went out for an early dinner today to enjoy some much-needed quality time together, as we have a 7-month-old daughter at home and don’t often get the opportunity to dine out. We were genuinely looking forward to the experience. We received a complimentary appetizer (Budda Boomers) through your website promotion. Unfortunately, the dish did not resemble the menu photo and appeared to be simply deep-fried dough served with marinara sauce, which was disappointing and not what we expected based on the description. For our entrées, we ordered the Mario’s Mangia Sampler. While we appreciated the opportunity to try a variety of items, we were underwhelmed by both the portion sizes and overall quality. The Fettuccine Alfredo lacked flavor, the Chicken Parmigiana was overcooked, and the Lasagna portion was quite small — noticeably less than what appears to be advertised as a ½ lb serving. We also ordered the Ultimate Canadian Pizza, which arrived as six small slices and was priced at $23, which felt high given the portion size. That said, our server, Lucas, was attentive, professional, and courteous throughout our visit, and we truly appreciated his service. Overall, at $67 before tip, we left feeling that the value did not align with the portion sizes and food quality we received.

I ordered 2 Penne pasta dishes and paid the extra 5-6 bucks for chicken in one and meatballs in the other. I had them delivered priority so that was another 5-6 bucks. They arrived cold and not so tasty but the most disappointing for me was the amount of food in both dishes. Very small portion of pasta and the one that was supposed to have chicken in it didn't. There were 3 teeny tiny little squares about the size of a dime or maybe a nickel and the one with the meatballs had the 3 smallest size meatballs I've ever seen come out of a restaurant. It was very disappointing. I didn't even get the utensils I requested or napkins either. I doubt I'll go back again. I'm all out of giving 2nd and 3rd chances

The lasagna I got was ice cold in the middle. I had to manually add my ultimate dining gift cards myself, the worker just passed me the machine and said to enter your card info, but after I finished adding, to add the next one, I had to figure out which check to add my next one onto without the worker’s assistance

The experience at this location was below sub par.. however... Our server Samantha was great! Attentive and caring. She did an absolute bang up job! But not having food runners for a busy Saturday evening is ridiculous. Ordered our meals. I had the Mario's trio thing (pasta...chicken parm breast and a lasagna) Pasta was undercooked and flavorless Chicken parm was rubbery And the lasagna....very very small portion (the picture on the menu showed something very different.) The food was also luke warm at best but I wasn't about to send it back to be microwaved and wait another 20 minutes. It took us nearly 35 minutes (give or take) to receive our salads (as per you know the endless salads and breads etc). Within 2 minutes our entrees showed up. Timing is absolutely horrible at these establishments. The only hostess at the front who looked absolutely lost in what she was doing.. I guess thats on the company for not training properly.. I would not personally recommend this place or any east sides to anyone. But thats my opinion. 2.5 out of 5 for the experience 4.5 out of 5 for the service from Samantha (Would have been a 5 out of 5 if the establishment actually had help for the servers.. servers like her are the ones places want to keep around) 1.5 out of 5 for the food

We’ve been here (too) many times. More so in the recent past though, it was the Argyle location. Came here on the way back to St T. We THOUGHT we might get button mushrooms but we were wrong!! The Argyle location said they couldn’t get them anymore and we thought it was just that location for some reason. But they didn’t serve them here either! And that’s a big reason my wife comes for her Amatriciana dish. Anywho - she still liked it but probably won’t come back for it. The sauce also seems to have changed, not for the better. Sad I had the Hell’s Kitchen chicken. Good by me. Vegetables were good, potato wedges good. Chicken was thin but good flavour. Could use more heat 😉 Tiên was our server. Amazing!! Between his personable demeanour, jolly professionalism, and trying to fit between 2 tables so very close together that he caught his pants every single time, he deserves to win a paid day off!! In conclusion - get the button mushrooms back; give Tiên a paid day off; and let me win the NHL playoff game trip. I thank you for your time. 🙏😊
