The girl working today (September 26th at 7:50pm, only girl on shift) was rude to my grandmother. My grandmother misunderstood a question and the girl working cash made a rude comment directed at my grandmother, the girl was wearing a heart necklace but no name tag. Making rude comments at an older person for mishearing something is uncalled for. Receipt said her name was something like Savir?

Dairy Queen makes one of the best milkshake! However, this particular location makes the worse and most expensive milkshakes. I was charged two dollars extra for a small milkshake more than any other locations includingToronto. When asked the cashier the reason for the high price, he responded “ because they had to pay higher rent.” Also, the taste of the strawberry milkshake was not the original as the other locations, no strawberries at all! , just a red colour syrup that he added. He found the syrup in a bottom drawer. Wondering why the ingredients are hidden away?Furthermore the milkshake tasted gross and I developed stomach ache afterwards. I will certainly do recommend this location.

You would expect an ice cream shop to be cool and refreshing. This place is always brutally hot inside. I usually drive to the Fleetway Bowling Alley DQ to avoid this location but today I took a chance that the air conditioning had finally been fixed. It is a franchise isn't it? Not sure how owner is getting away with representing DQ in this way for this long? I feel sorry for the workers. :(

This is so unacceptable and unfair to me and my child, especially when it comes to Sanitary issues, while my child was eating his hotdog, he found a hair, and they didn’t do anything about this issue, Never coming again!

Terrible experience at this location. Ordered two Blizzards - mine was fine, but my partner’s came out completely melted and runny. When we asked for it to be remade, the worker tried to argue instead of fixing it. The remake was even worse: barely any chocolate and missing the cheesecake we paid for. We asked for a refund, which the cashier gave, but only in cash (not back to my card) and the whole interaction was super awkward. The employee was frustrated and even shouted something in another language while the cashier brushed it off. Unprofessional, poor quality, and very uncomfortable overall. Judging by all the other 1-star reviews, this seems to be a pattern. Definitely won’t be back - avoid this location. Also ended up spending the cash at Chung Chun rice hotdogs in Downtown - Was fresh, delicious, and way better customer service
