  I just want to give a big shout out to the 3 girls who were working tonight! I was able to get there names, Natalie, Maddie J, and Odessa. These 3 lady’s were very sweet, helpful and funny!! They were all so nice to me and my family and were engaging with our kids! Natalie took time out of her way to show my 3 kids how to use their gift cards, Odessa made sure our long order was correct and was very patient while our kids changed their minds multiple times, and Maddie J was such a sweet and caring girl and made our blizzards with care and being very mindful with our allergies. These 3 girls are incredible and we will be coming back!!

  They are always amazing. The staff is always ready to help and suggest options. We had been going to this location from last 4 years and had never been disappointed

  I’ve never experienced better customer service in my life! I recently walked in and picked up a cake for my mom’s birthday. I got home and served half the cake and it was clear there was an issue with it. Without exposing the issue (which has since been identified and affected cakes have been pulled), I had to throw out the half of the cake that had been cut and served because it could not be eaten. I took the half that we hadn’t served back to the dairy queen and requested a refund. The young girl there said her boss would call me the next day. Dawn gave me a call and there was no question about my experience and I didn’t have to argue to get my refund. She apologized profusely, offered to e-transfer me because their CC refund system would take too long, AND sent me a coupon for a free cake next time. She also thanked me for actually bringing the cake in, because it allowed them to identify the issue and pull more affected cakes from the freezer before other customers were affected. I am thoroughly impressed with how they handled this issue. It’s always a toss up on if you will be taken seriously and offered sufficient remedy to an issue like this where I wasn’t able to bring back half of the cake, but I could not be happier with the service I received. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt Dawn and her team deserved this 5 star review. I highly recommend visiting this Dairy Queen because you will get incredible customer service.

  First time here and I must say the cleanest one I’ve been to. Local staff to boot. Great job girls.
