    the customer service here has gone downhill significantly. my friend and i were being rushed by the guy at the register while trying to decide what we wanted. since we weren’t sure yet, we did not even get close to the counter to order. once we decided i asked if i could use a coupon in the app and the employee rudely said “yes, what do you want” in a quiet, mumbly and short tone. we asked for one of our blizzards to be made with chocolate soft serve and he refused saying it would be “too runny.” this is not the first time we have ordered chocolate ice cream in a blizzard so being denying was very confusing and frustrating. we then changed our order due to not being able to get chocolate and before i went to pay i noticed one of the blizzards was entered into the system incorrectly. i mentioned it and apologized asking if he could change it and he gave me attitude saying it was not what we ordered. he was extremely rude and impatient the entire interaction

    So impressed with this location. We get ice cream cakes, they're always perfect. This time we ordered something a bit special, the team went above and beyond. Very happy kiddos at our house today! Thanks everyone!

    Customer service is quite poor. Don’t bother asking the staff any questions bc they will look at you like you have 3 heads. This has been my experience every time I have gone
