    Basically, all they care about is their Uber orders not the people that come in the store. Waited in line for 40 mins while the understaffed store was more concerned with uber drivers than all the people who took time to come in on their own. Our society is completely backwards. Ordered blizzards the where 3/4 filled and melting. What happened to overfilled blizzards and showing you the upside down flip. Clearly management skimming telling staff to not fill up the blizzards. I will never be back.

    Ordered a peppermint bark blizzard as a person with a gluten allergy, confirmed that peppermint bark does not contain gluten ingredients. Blizzard was made and when it was handed to me was reconfirmed to be a peppermint bark blizzard. Took a bite and there was sugar cookie in it. Staff here needs to be properly trained on giving people the right orders.

    the customer service here has gone downhill significantly. my friend and i were being rushed by the guy at the register while trying to decide what we wanted. since we weren’t sure yet, we did not even get close to the counter to order. once we decided i asked if i could use a coupon in the app and the employee rudely said “yes, what do you want” in a quiet, mumbly and short tone. we asked for one of our blizzards to be made with chocolate soft serve and he refused saying it would be “too runny.” this is not the first time we have ordered chocolate ice cream in a blizzard so being denying was very confusing and frustrating. we then changed our order due to not being able to get chocolate and before i went to pay i noticed one of the blizzards was entered into the system incorrectly. i mentioned it and apologized asking if he could change it and he gave me attitude saying it was not what we ordered. he was extremely rude and impatient the entire interaction
