    Very antiquated, needs a refresh. No caucasian staff, seems all DQ in SW Ontario have been taken over by folks from Brampton. No cultural diversity at DQ. Very negative experience.

    I went to grab my wife a surprise lunch and decided to stoo here first to get myself a milk shake. About $3 more than Burger King. What I got was an $8 medium chocolate milk. It was not in any way thick, very disappointed. I was leaving the lot by the time I noticed but didn't have time to go back.

    I only went in to pick up a Reese's ice cream cake. The cake itself was delicious. It would have been better had there been a chocolate-peanut butter filling in the center

    Love this Dairy Queen and I’m not one to write bad reviews:(( buttt while eating my strawberry Sunday I found something brown which seems to be piece of hard chocolate I called and asked and no one really seemed to care but I mean come on it’s a Sunday with no chocolate in it at all I told them I had a peanut allergy and asked if there was peanut butter in the chocolate again no one even seemed to care I understand things happen I wasn’t even calling to blame them I was genuinely calling to ask to make sure it was something I could eat and hopefully not something that wasn’t food I feel like I could’ve got more help with that as it is there mistake sad first bad review on somewhere I love👍
