  Very disappointing experience. The store was not welcoming and appeared very dirty, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene. The staff were not wearing hair nets, which is unacceptable in a food service environment. My burrito opened up and was leaking everywhere, making it impossible to eat even half of it. The chips were half crispy and half soggy, as if they were mixed from the previous day. I know the staff work very hard, but hygiene and cleanliness should be a priority.

  Eight little pieces of chicken Chipotle really wrapped this up like it was something special, just for me to open it and find maybe 8 tiny pieces of chicken. What makes it worse is I literally watched them while they were packing it and said something about it right there. I asked for chicken twice, made it very clear, and still got brushed off like it didn’t matter. And just because I didn’t order extra chicken doesn’t mean you can barely give any at all. A regular portion is still supposed to be a portion, not crumbs. This just feels greedy at this point. They’ll load it up with rice and beans because it’s cheap, then act like the chicken is coming out of their own pocket. Charging full price for this after I already argued about it in front of them is ridiculous. If this is the new standard, just be honest, because this is not okay.

  I went here on Tuesday December 30th, Staff was speaking in another language, I saw a man mixing rice with his bare hands than proceed to use the grill without washing his hands, the lady who made my bowl was rude and chincy with every portion (because nothing was ready) the floor hadn’t been mopped the whole day (I understand it’s a winter storm out but that just means you mop more!) the management at this chipotle has let this store go completely downhill, I’ve been coming here since it’s opened and have never seen it this bad before ever (and I’ve been there in insanely busy days) this establishment needs restaffed or re trained!

  Tried Chipotle for the first time and it was really good. We ordered burrito bowls, a quesadilla with chips & guacamole. The portions were really big. None of us could finish our meal. It was delicious and I will definitely be back. I love a good burrito bowl.

  I like coming to Chipotle Mexican Grill the one across the road from CF Masonville Place on Fanshawe Park Road with the Indigo Book Store, Pet Smart and the Jack Astor’s restaurant of this plaza. I recently enjoyed their red chimichurri sauce as it is a popular South American sauce commonly use for barbecue in Argentine and Uruguay. I like their carne asada bowl, and their limited time of their honey chicken, smoked brisket and al pastor bowls. I wish they do the chorizo and birria one day in the future. I enjoyed having a Molson Canadian beer or a Corona beer. It would be nice to have Sol beer, too. It is best to support Canadian and Mexican beers during the trade war. They finally had beer after months of not having it and it only comes in a glass bottle as it is worth coming here making it a 5/5 Star. I never had a bad experience with Chipotle, and I always pay extra for guacamole as it I would not fully Mexican without the guacamole and also get the red chimichurri sauce, too. I will come back to Chipotle at this location soon. It does get busy especially students coming from Saint André Bessette Catholic Secondary School and Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School during the weekdays. They have good selections of juice, too. I go for their barbacoa rice bowl or their quesadillas as it is on their app-exclusive order. Worth coming here for Mexican food!
