  The male employee with longer hair seemed very bothered by taking our order. He slapped everything together without a care. Didn’t grill my food long enough for the cheese to melt or make a quesadilla properly when putting it together. He seems miserable

  It’s a soggy mess. Used to be amazing. Like everything else. Now it’s not good at all. Expensive to.

  if any store deserves a 4 star it’s this chipotle location, yesterday my siblings ran into a order malfunction and the employees of this store went over and beyond to accommodate us and make it up. Enzo in particular was amazing, deserves best employee of the month in my opinion. Not only is the food absolutely delicious and fresh their customer service is even better. come down to this chipotle location, i promise you will not regret it!!!!👌💯

  When I arrived at 8:36, I picked up my order from the drive-through. The girl was cleaning and carrying a broom when she approached me to inquire what I wanted. She didn't wash her hands before giving me my food.

  We were in London from out of town and wanted to treat ourselves to chipotle since we don’t have it in our town. Tables and floors were dirty and they weren’t that busy, but that’s fine it happens. Our issue was the portion. The girl building our bowl was extremely stingy even when we asked for extra. I got a bite of chicken every other bite, if even. My husband got a big chunk of fat instead of meat. The male server was extremely friendly tho and was helpful when we asked to replace the fat with meat, and although the portion was cheap the food was well cooked and tasty.
