Most of the time, I have to wait at least 30 minutes to pick up the food. Sometimes it takes even longer. Tonight at 12:30 am, I had another order, and again I waited more than 30 minutes. I saw only two staff working, and they had many orders, so they couldn’t handle everything on time. I just want to say this kindly: please add more staff at night. In winter it can get busy, and long waits make it hard for both drivers and customers.
