  I have gone to Burger King at the Argyle location not far from Clarke Road Secondary School. I came here for their limited time offer of the SpongeBob SquarePants movie menu. I have done the online mobile for the SpongeBob meal. The first one is excellent and I enjoyed the Krabby Patty, Mr.Crabs Cheesy Coins, Gary’s Sundae and Pirates Sparking Float. However, my last couple visit was not unpleasant. I have done a mobile order to get the SpongeBob meal bundle that includes everything plus I added another Gary’s Sundae for my brother. After the online order and did a mobile pick up. A young boy, however, did not add any blue and purple shortbread cookie pieces of the Gary’s Sundae. Service is moving slow and there is 1-2 employees working behind the kitchen not taking drive-thru orders. I am also missing another Gary’s Sundae as my order is ready, so my brother has to grab my phone for proof I ordered two of the Gary’s Sundae on my Burger King-App. I bought the bundle and also add an extra of the Gary’s Sundae. My brother and I have both of our Gary’s Sundae. It is just vanilla ice cream with strawberry that looks purple-pinkish colour. They still did not add the topping on it, too? Did they ran out, and still charge the same price without the toppings? How can you sell a product that does not include the toppings just like it says or shown on their advertisement? Mr.Crab’s Cheesy Tots are good, but it does not come with the Mr.Crab’s Treasure Chest box besides it comes in a regular white Burger King bag? However, the Burger King at their Canadian branch does not get the Patrick Star strawberry shortcake pie. It is kind of disappointing paying over $20.00. They still did not get their orders right or missing some toppings of our Gary’s Sundae. The last visit I came here. We ordered our combo and it is decent. A lady in front of us came first and she ordered more food than us. However, my brother and I got our food first before her. The lady who ordered first got upset because she was the one who ordered first and she ordered more food. Does the employees should prioritize the first comes first serve of their customers? I wish there is a Burger King in the Masonville or Hyde Park area. This Burger King you have to asked for the employees to open their washrooms. The renovations are nice inside after they got rid of their playground and it looks like you are walking inside a Burger King in the early 2000s. Burger King is more budget-friendly especially with the inflation in this economy compare to other Burger King’s rival. The rating was low due to the service. I enjoyed my SpongeBob meal, but I bet Mr.Crabs would be upset of their poor services of not adding toppings and missing our second Gary’s Sundae. It is not Squidward taking the orders. Burger King employees needs to train their staffs properly. If they cannot do their job right then they are falling behind business. I come to Burger King for their limited time offer of the SpongeBob menu. I will go eat at Five Guys and a Burger or Chipotle at the Masonville area with that kind of money spent and better service. I enjoyed Burger King, but not my recent visit. I would rather go to Silver City Cinemas movie theatre at Masonville Mall to watch the SpongeBob SquarePants: Search for SquarePants movie, and buy their SpongeBob merchandise, popcorns, drinks, food and what they sell there when I am spending money than coming to Burger King. Get your orders right next time. Edit: I was there again. I ordered the Gary’s Sundae, but the person who is serving it gives me a wrong order. I got a strawberry sundae while I ordered the Gary’s Sundae on the Burger King app. The person said the Whopper Wednesday deal is $5.00 OFF, but my brother just wants the hamburger itself. He does not want the combo. I am done with Burger King for now, and I would have gone to Mary Brown’s or Starbucks. I will never spend my money I worked hard for at Burger King for a long time. I ordered here before my brother. My brother got his order first before me. I am done at this location.

  This restaurant is disgustly dirty, paper towel holder had an inch of dust and tables were all dirty and the floors looked like they haven't been swept in a very long time. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is.

  It has been a long time since I have received such good service in a drive-through. Tyson understood immediately that I could not hear properly through the speaker at the drive-through and invited me to move forward and take my order personally at the window. His service at the window was stellar and prompt. Food was hot and delicious. A great visit! Five stars to Tyson for sensational service!!!
