It was 7pm on a Thursday night and not busy at all so we thought it would be the perfect time. Unfortunately it was anything but. She ordered a bowl...the ingredients to choose from were minimal as all the options appeared empty in front of us. She picked from what was there, and was so disappointed with the quality of her food. I chose a kids meal because I can't eat much...a quesedilla...just chicken and cheese and a dessert. Our table appeared to not have been washed even once all day! It was absolutely disgusting to the point we were willing to wash it ourselves. My quesedilla wasn't even heated enough to melt the cheese and the chicken tasted burnt. Barely enough sour cream for 1 of my pieces let alone 4. The chips I was expected to eat dry I suppose! My best friend didn't get done eating before she said her bowl tasted like vinegar, said her chicken tasted burnt and her stomach was turning. Seconds later she ran from the table to the bathroom. She was violently ill, throwing her dinner up! She never wants to return! I had ordered the church's for dessert but had to wait til after I was done eating for the server to make them. When done eating I went to the counter and asked for them he had been serving another customer and appeared to have forgotten them in the fryer. I took my churro dessert back to the motel to enjoy later and to my dismay I learned not only had he forgotten them but they were way over cooked but they were burnt and barely a toothpick thick greasy stick! I couldn't bite through it and the bitter taste of greasy burnt churro now filled my mouth. I had to throw out my whole dessert. What a huge disappointment! My first and last trip to Mucho Burrito. If I'm ever going to try and Burrito Bowl again it won't be from this chain!
