From the moment we were seated, Nika was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable, checked in regularly without being intrusive, and kept everything running smoothly throughout our meal.

She was constantly returning to the table to make sure all of our drinks were full, and we had salad to spare when there was no more soup left to bring out. Thank you Blanche for a great evening!

Had a date there earlier today, and it was so perfect - their service was so fast we got seated within seconds of entering the lobby, and our server Quinn made the whole experience such a positive one. The food was super fresh - the fries were so crunchy and the chicken was still steaming hot the entire time I was eating it! Such a perfect visit was such a great experience, made better by trying their spirit-free version of their Violet Ice tea lemonade, it was so beautiful and tasty. Went around 4-5pm before the dinner rush on a Wednesday it was very easy to park and walk right in!
- MKMitchell KApr 22, 20261.0I'm an avid east side marioer and this was my first experience at the London location, my woman ordered a pesto pasta(without Alfredo added) and got a really oily dish, my rose pasta that was suppose to be baked ...wasn't it was watery and bland, bread was overcooked and hard. The crispy chicken was the best part. It looked like the manager was the one who took our orders, he was annoyed about food restrictions and honestly should've let his server handle the table and he should've stuck to his job, whatever that is.

At one point, my daughter wanted to try a small bite of my salad since she had never had it before. The server came over and told me that I would be charged extra because all-you-can-eat items are not meant to be shared. While I understand the policy, this felt unnecessary and poorly handled given that I had already ordered additional food, including a full meal for my child. It was clear we weren’t trying to take advantage of anything. The way this was addressed came across as accusatory and made the experience uncomfortable and embarrassing. Unfortunately, it completely ruined our meal, and we decided to pack up and leave. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience Will not be going back!
