  We were lucky to have Lilly as our waitress. We have had her wait on us before and she is lovely! Lilly is very attentive and speedy. She always has time to have a few words with my daughter which makes the experience even better! Lilly is a keeper and you can tell she enjoys work. Thank you Lilly

  Wonderful experience with my husband and 3 year old daughter. It’s often a nightmare dining with a toddler but Lilly was a fantastic server and kept the food and refills coming. We had a nice, fairly relaxing dinner and left happy and full. Though we haven’t been to an east side Mario’s in years we look forward to a return visit in the near future.

  Food was a tasteless and actually I was shocked at how cheap things were made. My salad came with one olive sliced in half ….One thin tiny slice of red onion and a tomato so thin it was like paper And no Banana pepper and a lack of dressing….that was my salad. Asked for the second salad to be different and the only difference was one extra olive sliced in half :( Pasta that was supposed to have bacon and rosé sauce on. It came out with almost no sauce 0r anything at all…… the pasta was Almost plain white, even after mixing, and it was not hot either. Again, had to ask for sauce to put on our pasta, but then it had Nothing in the sauce. One of the other pasta dishes ….. the onion wasn’t cooked in it and was crunchy. I honestly could not believe the lack of quality , the lack of flavour and I’ve been to Eastside Mario’s many times in my life. I will never go to the south end location again . Our waitress was certainly good and attentive . She is the only reason we left a tip. Was literally so disappointing as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we dropped almost $150 for an unenjoyable substandard meal . The other thing I found very strange as well…….the waitresses walking around the restaurant with tongs holding a loaf of bread just everything seemed unappealing and gave The impression that they must be saying to themselves “ how could we do EVERYTHING in the cheapest way. ? “

  We had the pleasure of having Lily serving us, and we never waited. She was super attentive, so sweet and kind and always was there when we needed! I don't think I waited at all of refills and she was always there with a smile. Thank you East Side, thank you Lily, will be back again!!

  Had an amazing experience at East Side Mario’s! Our server Divy was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She was quick with our drinks and food, checked in on us at the right times, and made us feel really welcome. Great service can make all the difference, and she definitely made our visit even better. Highly recommend!
