  I went in with my children to get them an orange Julius. They were super excited. My daughter got hers and said "dad this doesn't taste right" so I went back and told the man working there. He threw a fit saying it was half empty. So I opened the lid and showed him it was still full. I proved him wrong, then he goes "ugh! ok go throw it out" very lousy attitude. The man proceeded to make the replacement drink like he was a disobedience teenager being told to clean his room or something. (Btw this is a full grown man) I apologized for the trouble. I didn't want to let my little girl down. And he said "well you took to long to return it. There's a time limit on how long you can return it and you were on the brink" I'm happy I had my kids sit down at a table so they didn't have to witness his disrespectful attitude towards me. I will never be going back to that establishment!

  Was there April 2 and my daughter and her friend got yelled because they were excited about the cupcakes they never have and the man working came back and slammed the door in there face and yelled at them they were just excited teens and he ruined their whole day so I hope he’s happy with that .

  Customer service is not great. Works fail to ask about allergies and then when you tell them about one just after you order and pay they complain that you didn't tell them about it sooner. Better training is needed for staff especially about allergies that cause anaphylactic shock and how to be more courteous.

  Orange Julius has been in WhiteOaks mall ever since I was a kid (re: circa '73) and I would visit it often. Today I decided to get what I would always get, an OJ and a chili/cheese dog with onions. The man serving me gave such GREAT service, I was honestly baffled. I'm not a young man, and I have been a patron at many restaraunts, high-end to fast food. Many of the other fastfood places I have visited around this city in the past few years have been pretty lackluster in the service department. However, I have NEVER had service as great as this man gave me. So much so, I asked him if he was the owner. He informed me that he was not, in fact he wasn't even a manager just an 8+ year employee. He simply wanted people to receive the same level of service that he would want for himself and his family. I originally ordered the Chili/cheese dog with a normal Julius and he made sure to inform my of the deal displayed prominently where you could also get a small bag of chips and a sundae of your flavour choice for LESS (including taxes) than what I originally wanted. I took the offer and was not disappointed. It tasted just like I remembered and the nostalgia was fantastic. Pictured cost me $10.60 after taxes. Look at how much food this is!! If you ever want some DQ and/or OrangeJulius products, this is THE PLACE to go. Bar none. No other fast food place will serve you so well (at least as long this man is working). 5+ stars
