  I had a chocolate chip blizzard, Chole made it and it was the best!! I totally recommend this location clean with nice employees and customer service!! 😋

  I ordered a custom cake from DQ with a Mamma Mia theme, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The cake was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning than we had imagined. My daughter, the birthday girl, was so happy and excited when she saw it, and that made the whole experience even more special. All of our guests loved it too! Many of them didn’t even know that DQ offered this kind of custom design, and they were really impressed — especially since there was no extra cost for it. A very special thank you to Grace, who created the cake. Her creativity and talent truly made this cake stand out. You can tell she put care and attention into every detail. It really made the celebration unforgettable! Highly recommend!

  I had my birthday cake decorated here, and it genuinely exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was incredible, and you can tell they really care about their work. The design turned out even better than I imagined, and it made my birthday feel extra special. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful cake decorating and yummy cake!

  When for the first time there staff was friendly food was good and the cakes looked amazing. Also shout out to the staff for making sure there blizzard machine was clean when I told them I had an allergy.

  I accidentally ordered an order for pickup from here instead of the Proudfoot location. I looked up what to do to cancel my order and Dairy Queen corporate site just said to call the store and cancel. I called the store to cancel and they said they couldn't because they had no computer and were just normal guys. I said OK and then asked the store I was at what to do and they told me that this store was straight up lying. They could cancel it without even needing a manager. I called back and told them that and they said they needed a manager at this one to cancel it and he wasn't there. I asked if they could call the other Dairy Queen and tell them about my order so that they could make it and they said no. I asked what they could do for me and they said nothing at all and that it was impossible for them to cancel the order because they didn't have the software to do it. I again asked the Dairy Queen I was at and they confirmed that they could 100% do it and that the other store was mistaken. I then called back one last time to tell them that I knew they could cancel it and they grumbled and said they'd call their manager to get permission to do a refund but that it would take a long time. I told the manager at the Proudfoot Dairy Queen who was named Harsh (he was so good) and he said he'd just make the order for me there out of his own pocket. I told this Dairy Queen that and they said "great" and hung up on me. This Dairy Queen trolled me and told me that I couldn't cancel an order when I had an entire staff of a different Dairy Queen + the Dairy Queen corporate website telling me that they could cancel my order. It was just the dudes who were working being big and lazy and not wanting to do it because they didn't wanna lose the 11 dollars. These guys SUCK and are so lazy that they didn't even wanna cancel my order on a computer so that I could order it at the proper location. I have no idea how this could be so much of a problem to them. I have never had a place be so difficult to cancel an order from especially when the reason is that I ordered it at the wrong location. It was genuinely impossible and they kept lying to me and ultimately they didn't even cancel the order. My boy Harsh at the other Dairy Queen just got me my order there for free and tanked the cost. This seriously cannot be that uncommon Food was good though but that's courtesy of my boy Harsh at the Proudfoot Dairy Queen
