  I visited as a walk-in customer on free cone day. The Girl at the front named sukh was very friendly, polite, and handled everything so smoothly even it was so busy. Her positive attitude and warm smile really made my day special.

  Tonight we had very poor customer service at Dairy Queen due to an employee named Elina. Instead of welcoming us, she immediately said they were closing in 30 minutes and later rudely questioned, while we were waiting for our lemonade. Other staff are really polite, but her behaviour was unacceptable management should address this.
