  Get ready for DISAPOINTMENT. Perfect location if you like a $20 bowl of rice and tomatoes. I like to think of myself as a chipotle connoisseur, ive been to more than 30 locations in 2 different countries, and this location wins the prize for the worst one. Whenever I go, no matter the time or how busy they are, it takes forever to get my food, and they NEVER have the chicken al pastor. Its 10 mins away from being ready for eternity. Also, they always prioritize uber orders over the people in the store, and to that I ask why.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. I ordered veggie bowls but found a piece of BEEF in my food, which is unacceptable—especially as this goes against my religious beliefs and raises serious food safety concerns. When I contacted the store, the shift lead’s response was dismissive and unprofessional, offering only a refund instead of addressing the seriousness of the issue. The store also appeared unhygienic. Very poor experience and lack of accountability. Definitely not what I expect from this brand. IF THERE WOULD BE AN OPTION TO GIVE 0 STAR, I WOULD DEFINITELY GO FOR THAT.

  We visited chipotle north london today and it was really busy which was not an issue at all, understandable. But, some people from the staff who were taking orders were not changing the gloves. One lady got a huge chunk of beef from the back for one bowl and never changed the glove. We are vegetarian and it was really disappointing. I understand that it was busy, but this was really frustrating.

  Just an heads up. They say they are open till 10:45 but if you go at 10:25 they might tell you we don’t have rice, lettuce, cheese, sofritas, brown beans. Just paid $56 for 4 bowls with all those missing or very minimal. Just because they were busy. they will not going to get the lettuce and cheese from cooler. Can anyone believe they have big coolers with containers full of things but they will not grab one of those to serve their customers? Don’t they should have some back up in those coolers ? And I had 10 people behind me. I am not sure what they got. May be chips and salsa if they even had those left. If you run out of all the main toppings of burrito what is the point of keeping it open. I run a restaurant and I know they might want to go home as soon as they close but if someone is paying full price at least have enough toppings available till closing time. Very disappointed. They should change their policy of not serving enough food way before their closing time.
