  Not sure i am a fan of the onion rings being an additional .50 cents and then this is all you get?! And everything is in boxes as well just thought id save someone the money. They also dont taste like they used to even the whoppers are a bit bland. A tad disappointed in dinner tonight.

  Why is it? The food is always cold.?? Even when I ask for extra hot, the food is still cold. Instead of concerning themselves with the buns, why don’t they concern themselves with the temperature of the food? They cook the burgers so many so far ahead their warming trays do not keep anything warm. I am curious if the food temperature meets health standards????

  Ordered 2 whopper combos should have come with medium sized fries and was small on both and also the paper towels where all mangled and broken, didn't really feel like eating anymore.

  This restaurant has provided nothing but terrible experiences. The cashiers are rude and are completely clueless at their job. Every time I use the app and redeem a deal at the restaurant, they mess it up, and it has happened the past THREE times in a row, and then they tell me I can't scan with the app again, and then I miss out on the deal. Not to mention the long wait times to get your food as well, and in my recent visit I ended up waiting 15 minutes because the cashier carelessly mixed up the receipt in the pile she had and couldn't find it, and then I had to tell them about my order, and then they had to look up my order on the computer to verify. I'll stick to the McDonald's locations around here instead. At least they're more competent and organized there.

  My sibling and I have gone to Burger King today on Sunday, March 29th, 2026. It was not the greatest experience for my sibling while the service was slow for a restaurant that is a fast food hence an express service should be given to their paying customers. I have done my Burger King order from the mobile-app, so I had my order almost immediately ready. Before we arrived at the restaurant. It was so disgusting to see someone who shaved his buddy’s hair with an electric hair clipper behind the Burger King restaurant hence it is so unhygienic especially trying maintained cleanliness to serve food. When we came inside Burger King, my brother has an app-deal offer and he scanned it. However, it was just showering the regular price around $16.00. The employee said he cannot scan again, and it was shown on his offer he is eligible for the deal. This is a sign of being gaslighting as he scanned his offer before paying, yet it still did not went through. It has been like this many times coming here. We have gone here for a few times especially the SpongeBob Meal before. Instead of a Gary’s Sundae, I was given a Strawberry Sundae not like it was on the menu image, and missing one of the Gary’s Sundae. My brother decided to cancel his order and he just wanted the chicken junior sandwich itself. After his order, I waited for my pick-up order. I was waiting for 5 minutes to have my meal ready. While being seated and eating my meal, my brother was force to wait and there were a few gentlemen who made bigger orders, and already got their food and drinks. I feel so sorry for my brother still waiting for his chicken sandwich and the person who took his order accidentally thrown out the order receipt. It is such a shame how a fast food restaurant like Burger King has this poor express service. Inside the restaurant was quiet with no music. There were a pile of items left on the back-end of the table belonging to an unsheltered person/group. The roadhouse burger deal is just plain, nothing special. It is just a plain small hamburger with one piece of onion ring and barbecue sauce. If you want toppings, it is an extra cost. This Burger King felt unorganized. One person is doing the orders at the cash register, and there were scattered of receipts on the counter, and the person was trying to closed the other cash register that is not ordering trying to push the register inside a few times and keeps coming back out. This location spend a lot of money renovating and still has one of their cash register not in service. My brother said he is not coming back here again. For me, I would have gone to Starbucks for a Frappuccino across the street, and my brother could have got a Happy Meal at McDonald’s. I have gone to this Burger King location more than any other locations. Why send us an offer; if it never go through at the restaurant? I do like Burger King, but the service and everything was so disappointing. A simple task for a single chicken sandwich was not given while other people who made bigger orders got theirs first and should not be complicated. It was so unorganized especially knowing whoever orders first should get their service and meal first. Is it worth spending our money here? No. We could have gone to Mary Brown’s, Starbucks or anywhere. This is not worth 5 Stars. This is going to be my last time here and hope it is worth losing a couple customers. I would take my business to Chipotle, Starbucks, Five Guys and a Burger and Jack Astor’s restaurant. It is not complicated to take orders and make the food that has fewer ingredients compare to Starbucks or dine-in service restaurants. I would rather spend my money elsewhere than here next time. Go to Mary Brown’s across the road. 100% Canadian, better deals, taste better and better poutine never disappoints. Hope it is worth losing a couple customers, Burger King. Support local Canadian businesses.
