  I just had the worst Burger King experience at the store on Wonderland Road. Ordered almost $50 of food and here's what happened: Had to wait almost 10 minutes for the fish sandwich that was part of the order. The person who took my order comes out with one bag. I say it's all in there? She says yes, it's all there. Get home and half the order is missing. To make matters worse, besides the fish sandwich, the food we did receive was cold and frankly, inedible, as if it had sat on shelf for way too long. I threw out a bunch of it because it was so terrible. FYI Burger King on Wonderland Road in London, it was order #32 ordered on April 9, 2026 at 5:45pm. Never again.

  I had a No. 6 beef burger from the drive-through menu. It tasted okay, but the bread felt oilier than usual. The worst part was that my uric acid spiked afterward, and I had a severe gout attack—I couldn’t even stand for an entire day. It was extremely painful. After this experience, I don’t want to risk eating Burger King again.

  Not the first time but take out here, today order 2 nuggets and large fries also some burgers. Again, missed 1 nugget when ride back home! Staffs not attentive and not details to take care the order. Hope can improve.

  It’s unfortunate the new owners provide very poor service, extremely slow totally disappointing never go back
