  Food was hot and fresh. The time receiving my order was acceptable. The place was quiet as a tomb. No music playing. I was the only person in the place. My greeting when I approached the counter: “Is that for here or to go?” It was said in a very abrupt manner. How about starting out with, “Hi, may I take your order, please?” Or the standard “Hi! How are you today?” After the greeting I got, I didn’t feel really welcome.

  Bad customer service.very bad.im a trucker tried to get a meal .she saw me and even didn’t came to window to ask if im here to buy something. Rude and disrespectful attitude

  We had a wonderful experience and interaction today at Arbys in London!! My husband and I were had just come from a not so good appointment at a hospital in London. We decided to stop at Harveys for lunch...my husband is in a wheelchair at the moment and when we approached the dining room this lovely man opened the wheelchair door for us. He then took our order and was kind and patient and thorough to make sure out order was correct. We headed to a table to eat at and this same man asked if he could move a bench seat so that my husband could wheel into the table to eat. He went over and above what he needed to do and we loved it. It made us feel like humans..not just another faceless patient like at the hospital. Thank you to all the staff at Arbys for making our day!! We will be back!!
