  While waiting for our food the workers were discussing how they really need to pass their health code check, we got home and couldn’t finish our food it was undercooked ???? I’ve never experienced something quite like it

  Called in to ask if they had a bucket that had original chicken tenders and popcorn chicken. The man was very friendly well on the phone with me and stated that it would be around $38. I showed up to pick up my chicken, waited in the long line once got to the front to the cashier. She was extremely rude not only to me but to everybody else even before me. I asked her how much it would be to add a bottle of pop and irritated. She stated she didn't know she'd have to push it in to the machine. I told her I was there to pick up my food under my name and they just started taking food from. I'm assuming a warmer and put it in a bucket to give to me. The lady rang it through and my total came out to $58. I asked the lady how it was $58 as I was told on the phone that it was only about $38? She said that maybe there was a coupon and she annoyingly looked back at the cooks and they said no. There is no coupon for her. I looked at the man who I know I spoke with on the phone and said that you told me it was only going to be $38 and he denied such thing. The Cook's wife that was cooking with her husband was extremely disrespectful giving me and my young son the dirtiest look and said that that never happened. The woman then asked me at the cash if I wanted fries. I asked if it was more money and she said if I wanted extra fries. I asked if the meal came with fries for free. She rolled her eyes, got snarky and added the fries for free on to the screen. She forgot to put in the bottle of Pop that I asked earlier about how much it was so she annoyingly added a $5 of 2 l bottle of pop which brought my grand total to $63. So now did I not only spend double than what I was expecting but to come home to food that was extremely soft and full of oil. Almost inedible to be honest. Now I had to try to convince my house full of kids to eat this food that I just paid $63 for very unimpressed recommend nobody to come there. This place needs to go out of business. So disgusted!

  Best KFC experience we’ve ever had. The lady working was super helpful in getting us the best value and just really friendly. I don’t leave google reviews except one bad experience at another KFC and I can’t not leave a good review for this location because it was just that good.

  I go to school near here, snacker wrap go bucket gave me some serious food poisoning; staff are lovely though.
