  Today I called to re order a birthday cake for our 4 year old. I had ordered one and our freezer died. We had a completely melted cake , and a sad 4 year old on his birthday. They said I could have a new one for free! Every staff member is very kind! They go above and beyond every time!

  I was working with Robin and ordered a custom cake but then the party got cancelled and I called to update, she worked with me and said it's okay, I'll take some time to remove the writing on the cake and fix it. No need to worry. It's that level of customer service that makes me want to keep coming back around! Will definitely be ordering the cake again when the party get rescheduled and to make more events!

  Dairy Queen claimed to have no sugar added items, but this location seems to carry none of them . Must stink for little kids with diabetes when no one cares

  Place is old and filthy. Floors, booths, washroom and even the young workers- shirts and pants dirty. One gal touched the tops of every cup she had in hand. We won’t return to the dunp
