  After waiting almost twenty minutes for my food in the drive thru, I discovered my entire order -- every single item -- was wrong. I ordered a Coke Zero and got brown soda water that tasted like sprite. My fries were bone cold from sitting at the window with the bag open for the five minutes it took for the employee to say hi to me. The best part -- the McDouble I ordered and confirmed 3 times with no pickles... had pickles. And a ton of bacon? I also want to note that the employee who handed me my food was wearing an Apple Watch (critical food safety violation). Seriously, what the heck is going on at this McDonalds? This is beyond growing pains; this is fundamental mismanagement.

  What a joke of an establishment. Sat in the drive thru at the speaker for over 10 minutes without a single employee saying a word &, not a single car in the line up. Absolute joke of a place. Brand new and worse than any McDonald's . Save yourself the trip.

  I got food for me and my boyfriend and both of our drinks were mostly water, its not the first time either, I think they don't change the pop syrup enough. On top of that we said thank you to a younger lady and she gave a mean look and walked away, Also separate from this time I had a LONG hair in my wrap. It was so gross I couldn't eat anything else. I've never had that happen before but it still makes me sick thinking about it. Anyway I hope they start changing the pop more. (i'd have a photo but im typing on my computer)

  Quite possibly the absolute WORST McDonald’s experience I have had in YEARS I sat in that drive thru for 25 minutes waiting for 2 burgers but the Indian girl on the microphone couldn’t understand The simplest of instructions

  I had a great experience at McDonald’s! The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was made quickly and exactly how I asked for it. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to have a reliable spot where you know you’ll get good service and consistent quality. This location is also a member of our local Chamber of Commerce - which goes a long way to showing their support of local business in Lindsay.
