  Used drive thru placed order for a family feast $38.99 before tax NO add ons or anything! Pulled up was told $56 and change???? Uhm excuse me? How is it $56 and change when it's $38.99 oh sorry the cash register says is $40+ some odd (I forget the exact amount as I was a little irritated) and was told so thats the price. Uhhh NO if you're sign advertises a price thats the price SORRY! I asked for a manager and was told oh she went to the bank and I can't change it. SERIOUSLY??? TECHNICALLY this is FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I even backed up took a picture because the cash person acted as if I was lying!!!! Sorry KFC Im done!! You CAN'T advertise a price on your menu board and charge whatever you say your register says!! I didn't pay I drove away as the cash person couldn't tell me when the manager would be back!! I will go pay my $56 some odd dollars elsewhere where I get charged the price on the advertised menu and NOT whatever comes up on your cash register!!! KFC ....... DO BETTER!!!!! Update your outside menu when you have price changes!!! Lindsay is growing and there are ALOT of other options! This kind of customer service and attitude could put you out of business!!!

  Was here lastnight. Was told it would be ready in 5 mins. After about 10 lady comes out from behind the counter and goes im sorry but is it OK if we give you 3 prices of chicken and 4 strips we dont have any fresh chicken left? I had ordered the 6 piece bucket. She said it would another 15 minutes so I said just give me the strips. Another lady who had ordered before me we were talking and its like how do you not have the chicken already on the go its dinner hour?! The lady before me ordered went ro Loblaws came back and her food wasn't ready in fact I got my food before she did. Needless to say she was not impressed and went off on the employees. Avoid this KFC at all costs...

  Very disappointed today. The chicken in the Mighty Box for Two was overcooked and dry. Also, the dip that was supposed to be included was missing.
