  I have given 5 star for food in particular, i had 2 jr chicken sandwiches, both were super delicious, exactly what i was expecting and i got it, not too saucy or not too low, PERFECT. For owner or manager: the front counter for making sandwiches is what making restaurant speed slow, i also work in a big brand restaurant. And id suggest to keep everything in kitchen, not on the front side. I can feel that when it’s busy Employees get under pressure and sometimes they didn’t make food properly. Overall food was amazing and i will come again. Thank-you very much

  Staff is very friendly, Donna-Marie was very nice and helpful, overall made eating here a very enjoyable experience. Poutine is very good.

  The food was good, lots of gravy on the poutine and Josh did a great job putting the condiments on the burgers.

  My husband and I had a quick lunch date and hanna was amaziing. She took her time and made our food with patience and confidence. Will definitely be returning.

  I have been to this location several times and have had a number of good meals. Some of the staff seem friendly as well. I just find that every successive time I go there I feel like more of a nuisance than anything. It's usually super busy at lunch and I totally understand the rush can put people on edge, but even with relatively few people in line there is a still a sense of always being pushed out the door and feeling like you're wasting the employee's time. The food delivery drivers also crowd the end of the counter and almost always cut right in front of you with zero regard for spatial awareness (i.e. almost stepping on your feet). Today was just a kind of final straw to that end. I had ordered a buffalo chicken poutine and asked if I could put ranch on it, to which the cashier said yes, just let the topping person know. She then went to the topping bar herself and asked the person next in line if they wanted anything else on their poutine, then quickly wrapped up mine afterward as I asked "oh could I please have some ranch put on the poutine?" I am almost certain she heard me, but her response was a deadpan stare and no words as she handed it over, which I take was her way of saying too bad. This being the employee that had instructed me to ask the topping person to add something. It's a very small thing and I get that, but it's a theme with this restaurant (and pretty well any fast food place nowadays) and it sort of makes you regret visiting, especially when you don't often have spare cash to treat yourself to fast food.
